Well, that sucks...
I updated both my controller wallets (Windows x64) to 1122 on Thursday and I never had any problems, no chain stuck, , no errors whatsoever, everything synced without hesitation. However I didn't get any payouts on the last superblock. :/
Moreover, since I didn't receive any payout my heat-miners are useless because my CPID has no magnitude from the last payment. Maybe it would be a good idea to soften this rule, say perhaps look at the average magnitude from the last 5 superblocks and if it's >0 then allow heat-mining...

Would be nice if we could get behind what caused this and prevent it from happening again today. I myself am at a wedding so I won't be here again until sometime tomorrow. Wink

Hi,
I was just doing some maintenance after discovering the wallet had crashed, and followed the wallet update and cleaning guide.
Now the wallet just crashes with this:
https://photos.app.[Suspicious link removed]/pv0LK9hyWCf6KRra2
Balance is 0, the wallet seemingly does continue to run, but it isn't since when it is restarted, it start to sync all over again.
Please advice.

Hi John,

Unfortunately, the link to the image isn't working... Sad
I updated the original post with a different share link.
Thanks.

Thanks. Let's see... If you really followed the cleaning guide step-by-step, and it didn't work, then I would suggest to just start all over again. Backup your wallet.dat (and also the backup folder, just to be sure). Then remove the wallet (+ all files in your appdata folder). Reinstall the wallet, start it and let it sync. Then close the wallet and put your old wallet.dat in your appdata folder. Then restart.

Maybe this isn't necessary, and someone else has another solution. I just say what I would personally do in a situation like this Smiley
I'll give that a go. Thank you.
Ok. Now I uninstalled the wallet through windows app manager, deleted the BiblePayCore directory reinstalled, and excactly the same error. It happens when the wallet starts to sync against the network.
Cleaned out again. Installed the 32-bit version, and excactly the same. I'm at a loss now.

BiblePay takes out 10% of the coins and goes directly to the third world countries to sponsor orphans, a very meaningful project. It has improved children's lives and hopes that the project has been going well.

Yeah I wouldn't trust the pool from yesterday. I'm pretty sure that info was completely off from my final payout.

I received about double the BBP I was expecting in the last superblock. I went and checked the superblock-report on the pool right after that, and it was still showing the latest block (Height: 41820). A lot of people weren't in the report, and everyone who was in had about double the magnitude you would expect.

When I look at the pool superblock-report now (Height: 42025). Everyone seems to be back on the list again, so I don't think it was related to 'stalled wallets' in hindsight, because I would still expect missing people if that were the case.

But whatever it was, its something that shouldn't have happend, and we should look into what went wrong.

Yes I guess it depends when you looked at it. I think I looked at a time when things were funny. But it looks perfect today.

ROB  same problem like others ... no rewards in last SUPERBLOCK  Shocked  where is problem?
I'm pretty sure most people that missed the superblock was because their wallet got stuck in the chain. I had to clean my MN wallet and reindex

Yep. I held off for the sake of time and I saw there was the issue with the website, and then the issue with pushing out the correct version, and then people started posting their logs for their wallets so I thought there might be a fix coming.  It's okay, these things happen.  Rob is overworked, I think.  I like when we have a notification of a cutover block that we need to update by.  That is a great heads up.
Just FYI the update was only mandatory for Sanctuaries, so normal users didn't need to upgrade unless they chose to.

So why didn't I receive my PODC reward, then?  Thanks for help, znffal.

Also, where are the exec commands listed? They aren't under the help command on the wallet.

I'm not sure where the exec commands are. I just have some useful ones memorised.

Not 100% sure what the cause of you personally missing the PODC reward. But perhaps we can look into it together.
What wallet version are you currently using for PoDC updates? Does the block number shown in the wallet match the number of the current block at http://explorer.biblepay.org:3001/  ??

Yes, I am on the right chain.  I just updated to 1122 within the last 30 minutes.

I have the exec getboincinfo memorized, but which is the command to push through the PODC update?  My one day magnitude got hosed to zero and my weekly fell from about 27 to 23 even though my RAC increased.

Ok, the general questions I ask people when they are having PoDC issues are

1. What does the output of the following give you?
Code:
exec getboincinfo
Code:
exec stakebalance
Code:
exec podcupdate true

2. Have you been solved Rosetta/WCG tasks in the last 24 hours?
3. Are you on team BiblePay on Rosetta/WCG?
4. Are your computers on Rosetta/WCG hidden?
5. What is your name in the pool list?
6. Is your controller wallet connected to the internet 24/7?
7. What wallet version are you running?
8. When was the last time your wallet sent a PODC transaction (in the wallet transactions tab)

The

exec podcupdate true

command is the one to push through the PODC update

exec getboincinfo

No.
5. What is your name in the pool list?

Yes.
7. What wallet version are you running?
1122
8. When was the last time your wallet sent a PODC transaction (in the wallet transactions tab)
I just pushed through an update about 10 minutes ago (it took 4 minutes for the command to run successfully). My one day magnitude is still 0 even though my RAC is 195k.

EDIT: I checked the pool superblock view and my magnitude there is 28.  It's an understatement that something is wrong.

Yeah I wouldn't trust the pool from yesterday. I'm pretty sure that info was completely off from my final payout.

Ok so regarding PoDC updates, how many (and when) did your wallet send in the 24 or so hours before the missed superblock?
What wallet version were you on yesterday?

If it were me I'd probably clean out your blocks and chain as Rob suggested, just to be sure

Hi Team,
I need your help.

I was successfully mining Rossetta.

I moved miners to WCG, they are getting WCG points for 2 days.

My email is exactly the same, with the same letter case.

My Rosetta group is : Biblepay
My WCG group is: BiblePay

Still CPID is not equal to WCG "Cross-Project Id" and I am not getting any WCGRac

Could it be because I checked the WCG "Show Hosts" ?
