Yep. I held off for the sake of time and I saw there was the issue with the website, and then the issue with pushing out the correct version, and then people started posting their logs for their wallets so I thought there might be a fix coming.  It's okay, these things happen.  Rob is overworked, I think.  I like when we have a notification of a cutover block that we need to update by.  That is a great heads up.
Just FYI the update was only mandatory for Sanctuaries, so normal users didn't need to upgrade unless they chose to.

So why didn't I receive my PODC reward, then?  Thanks for help, znffal.

Also, where are the exec commands listed? They aren't under the help command on the wallet.

I'm not sure where the exec commands are. I just have some useful ones memorised.

Not 100% sure what the cause of you personally missing the PODC reward. But perhaps we can look into it together.
What wallet version are you currently using for PoDC updates? Does the block number shown in the wallet match the number of the current block at http://explorer.biblepay.org:3001/  ??

Yes, I am on the right chain.  I just updated to 1122 within the last 30 minutes.

I have the exec getboincinfo memorized, but which is the command to push through the PODC update?  My one day magnitude got hosed to zero and my weekly fell from about 27 to 23 even though my RAC increased.

Ok, the general questions I ask people when they are having PoDC issues are

1. What does the output of the following give you?
Code:
exec getboincinfo
Code:
exec stakebalance
Code:
exec podcupdate true

2. Have you been solved Rosetta/WCG tasks in the last 24 hours?
3. Are you on team BiblePay on Rosetta/WCG?
4. Are your computers on Rosetta/WCG hidden?
5. What is your name in the pool list?
6. Is your controller wallet connected to the internet 24/7?
7. What wallet version are you running?
8. When was the last time your wallet sent a PODC transaction (in the wallet transactions tab)

I just pushed through an update about 10 minutes ago (it took 4 minutes for the command to run successfully). My one day magnitude is still 0 even though my RAC is 195k.

EDIT: I checked the pool superblock view and my magnitude there is 28.  It's an understatement that something is wrong.

are we stuck? one block before payout
The problem was the long string error (IE net7biosfailure) that we fixed a few days ago.

Apparently the fix is not running on all sancs yet, and since only 64% have upgraded to 1119 so far, the sancs are having a hard time propagating that contract.
More specifically though, I see that we now have 381 CPIDs, and we are now officially over the govobj size limit per day, so what is happening is the nodes running prior to 1119 are not forwarding the contract around (IE it is just blowing their buffer), and more specifically, those particular nodes can't heat mine the contract (because they dont have it).

So we basically need to quickly step-up our effort to release 1.1.2.0, and also, ensure all sancs are on 1.1.1.9+.

BiblePay - v1.1.2.2
Leisure upgrade for Exchanges
Note: All users and Sanctuaries must be on version 1.1.2.1+
(Required to propagate PODC contracts properly)

- Merged in Anton G's Hand-of-God icon updates (and splash screen update)
- 1.1.2.1 fixed the WCG rounding error and also extended the max govobj size to allow 32,767 CPIDs

Installed Windows 64 wallet v1122, after running several hours it crashed.

It appears we are OK as a network to stay on 1.1.2.2 as we had a block in the chain that was not accepted by the supermajority and as they reorganized, the chain recovered, but there is a bug in our reorg code that *may* crash the node when it hits the "AcceptBlockHeader: prev block not found".

I'm working on a patch for the future, but most likely we wont hit this crash again for weeks.

In the mean time, anyone who crashed, just delete your blocks and chainstate and restart.

Yeah a lot of people didn't get PoDC payments.  I missed out and I suspect a TON of people did as the rewards people got who received them were very close to double the previous day despite the TEAM RAC being higher.

I can sure the PODC Payment have serious bug, I got wrong reward (should be other user reward but not mine,my rewards was gone or paid to other user.), and my some friend didn't get the PODC Payment.

Make sure your blockchain hasn't stalled. You probably need to do a reindex to get back on track Smiley

Is this related to not getting a podc payment today (4/20/18)? I assume due to wallet upgrade to 1.1.2.2 yesterday?

"exec getboincinfo" is showing one day magnitude for me at zero ----"Magnitude (One-Day)": 0,

I also see lots heat miners at pool.biblepay.org that are showing error: "CPID_HAS_NO_MAGNITUDE"

The fix is to just do a rebuild index on wallet running 1.1.2.2..Is that Correct ?

is there any problem with rosetta tasks again? all my computers have insufficient tasks amount Sad

I've not noticed it on my end and while the available tasks are a bit below average on the server, https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/server_status.php shows 2026 unsent Rosetta tasks and 13234 Rosetta Mini tasks so you shouldn't be having an issue.

My test machines are supposed to arrive tomorrow and I'll split them evenly between WCG and R@h so in a few days should have a good baseline for what is to be expected between the two for determining a fair RAC equivalent.  But in the meantime, you might consider throwing some power at WCG as a hedge.  The R@h project we're tending to be in the 15% work performed range (we solved 13% of the work units overall yesterday), whereas if we did a comparable amount of work at WCG (roughly 5M RAC) we'd be around 3-5% (although right now we're less than 1%).  That is to say the WCG project can handle the influx much better than R@h can.

Sadly, my instances were terminated before I could get any accurate data. I don't have any similar machines at my disposal anymore and sadly I cannot afford to start again at this point.

So far I've got 2 smaller machines that have been up for a week and are showing mid 2300 under host average credit (in BOINC), and the two identical machines to those were showing 3800 RAC.

I did fire up four identical heavier computers last night ,two on R@h and two on WCG, it will take until the end of the weekend to begin to get meaningful data from those.

Well, I can share some numbers too. I have a 12/24 core Xeon X5650 server which was running Rosetta tasks for ~30 days and during that period its maximum RAC climbed to 9612. Then I moved it to RAH:WCG in 50:50 ratio and about a week ago, I moved it to 100% WCG. The current RAC is:

$ boinccmd --get_project_status | grep host_expavg
   host_expavg_credit: 2619.250212
   host_expavg_credit: 6877.862939

2619 is for RAH, 6877 is for WCG. With * 1.5 factor for WCG, this particular server now produces RAC = 1.5 * 6877 + 2619 = 12934 copared to the 9612 when it was running Rosetta only (and I expect it to be even more as RAH decreases and WCG increases, I can update later). For this server, it seems that RAH RAC = WCG RAC.

don't forgot that there was insufficient tasks issue with rosetta in last month, most problably this affected your rac. all my x5650 was able to do rosetta rac over 12000
and maybe graphs for gaining/loosing rac are not same for rosetta and wcg...
we must run same machines from zero and then compare them

For starters, your account is not properly linking in Rosetta.  At the R@h site https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/show_user.php?userid=1990989 shows you have no computers, 0 total credit and 0 recent credit.  Your own photo from your account show that as well, so I'm pretty sure the problem is not hidden computers.

When you started BOINC, and added the Rosetta@home project, did you use your same email as you registered with and the website password (not your strong or weak keys).

You need to concentrate on correcting the BOINC side of the equation first.

I am running this bbp wallet and boinc on virmach vps system. I had 2 other computers with different emails and CPIDs that stop working too at the same time. How do I give you a link? Should I just uninstall boinc and re-register with new CPID or go into account and change email address?

You just need to figure out how to get some RAC. I see that there is now a single Virtual CPU that is running a task on your Rosetta account.

But you also have to make sure that your VPS allows you to use your CPU with 100% load. Most probably this is not the case.

Hi
Can you explain how to do this please: "restart the Biblepay QT"

I have updated the wallet to 1.1.2.2 and have this issue
TIA
PM

18:14:50
exec stakebalance

18:14:52
{
  "Command": "stakebalance",
  "StakeBalance": 0
}

18:15:25

exec podcupdate true

18:15:25

{
  "Command": "podcupdate",
  "PODCUpdate": "Unable to find any CPIDS.  Please try exec getboincinfo."
}

For those of you who reindexed your wallet, please note that you need to also restart the Biblepay QT. I noticed that my wallet was not execing podcupdates after the reindex and when i ran one manually it said that my CPID was not associated. I restarted the wallet and then i was able to send podcupdates.
Just a tip so you don't miss out on the next block reward.

Maybe it was still syncing? Smiley
