I just tried it, and my withdrawal went through without a hiccup. Also, both my wallet and the pool are on the same block.

you mean invest vps for masternode ? this is my first look about this sevice provider ,but i will do some research.

I meant for hosting the pool. I used it in the past because of the cheap cores for mining. There are probably better options for Masternodes.

I thought "Bulgarian cloud for mining what can go wrong?" But actually cost/performance was awesome.

Looks like vultr really hosed the server, the box is hobbled down by 90%. I sent them an e-mail.

Unfortunately I cant wait around, got to pick up my son, so we will have to live with the pool degradation tonight unless they log in and unfreeze it.

Ill check back in in 5 hours.

Im working on bringing it back up now. They rebooted the instance forcefully.

So Im taking this opportunity to clean the logs now and running maintenance on the database.

It should be up within 15 more minutes.

Hi everyone,

as promised, I just released the source code of the Purepool Biblepay Pool:

Important: The software is designed to be easy to use for the miners and the pool admins, BUT the pool admin still needs to be an experienced linux admin.

The software is written in python and is based on the django framework. It was tested on Ubuntu 16.04. Everybody who wants to install and run it needs knowledge in the topics: Apache, Python, MySQL, Linux, RabbitMQ, Celery, Memcache (or at least must be able to dive into these topics).

There is currently no step-by-step installation guide, but the README will guide most linux admin in installing the pool.

Small note: The README only talks about the standard installation on multiple servers. You can install it on one server, I simply won't advice you to do that.

And yes, I'm aware that the pool might not be required with PoDC, but it might still be useful for a short time, or the base for some future development

Great news! I'm happy with the way things are going with Biblepay right now. We are partnering with new charities. We have a new dev. PODC in testnet is - in my view - also getting more and more advanced every day (although we could always use extra help and suggestions!).

On a different subject:
A couple nights ago I read something about the Mandela Effect, which personally I don't believe in at all, where a guy claims his KJV bible used to say in Matthew 1:3, (where the lineage of Jesus is described "and the sons of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob to the tribes of Israel starting with the tribe of Judah, belonging to Jacob). He claimed his bible was modified overnight to say "Jacob begot Judas and Judas begot Phares", and, I found that unbelievable, so looking in my NKJV, it says "Judah". I thought, this will be interesting, if Mandela ever happens, it would break our hashes in BBP, since we rely on bible verses to hash blocks! So I took a look at line 23209 of kjv.cpp in Biblepay source code:
b[23146]="Mat|1|2| Abraham begat Isaac; and Isaac begat Jacob; and Jacob begat Judas and his brethren;";

Sure enough it is Judas. Doing more research, it turns out Judas is the Greek version of Judah! So its not a problem.....
But the reason I mention this is a found a really good reference to the original KJV 1611 edition the scribes created.

Each of the Mandela effect bible examples were pretty weak. I think these are errors the scribes made and these people are finally discovering them now and blaming the Mandela Effect.

The KJV has always said "Jacob begat Judas and his brethren..."
As for the 'Mandela effect' it sounds similar to mormonism and other falsifications. Keep your 'eyes focused on the prize' and do not be distracted.

Right, but other translations do say "Judah" such as the NKJV. Hence the confusion. And it was still a nice exercise to go through to find out the root word of Judas in Greek is Judah, and find this gem online, now I can read the original 1611 version as the scribes copied it:
