Bummer... Not speaking for OP but it might be possible that this was not intentional, sometimes things happen in peoples lives that derail them from doing what they had intended.

I can now confirm that I was shorted by several chip sets. Unfortunately I’ll be leaving my first neg -a good lesson on the importance of escrow.
Maybe that was a mismanagement of his other business partner, that one work the first time maybe give it another go.

I bet it was his secretary. Normally the business partner messes things up first then the secretary. If he comes back and it happens again tho!

I actually received a package from him but half of the order was missing

Yep.. Seems like that's the way to go. Sad to see after the rough times this user went through the last time, I actually believed he came back to actually mend the old wounds but I guess I was wrong. Sorry for you guys that lost funds on this..

Yeah I had received shipment from him in a recently won auction, it went smoothly so I was confident sending the payment for these.. hopefully we get some response soon
I was not part of this thread, but i did pay for and receive a not insignificant amount of goods from Supreme. however, my latest efforts to get in touch have been met with no response. I hope he is well. Could be the holidays. Could be worse, but I am certainly a bit confused.
I suspect it's just something holiday related. Or at least I hope. I'm not desiring to pull the trigger on an accusation yet. A status update would be nice, though.

First bid received at a price should take priority unless otherwise stated in OP.
OP, your change to standard practice when it suited you, and not the bidders, is unacceptable imo. I personally would never bid on one of your auctions after seeing this and would advise others to do the same.
