Here is my "prophecy" toward "apocalyptic" scenario

On December, 19, the Electoral College declares Hillary Clinton as the winner of the US presidential elections. On the 21st Texas declares independence from the US ("come and take it"), a few days later other redneck States such Arkansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, etc follow Texas' lead. New York proclaims itself a Free City of the world. Dollar crashes, markets panic, banks closed, Congress and government dispersed, the UN peacekeepers are deployed in Washington DC, and finally the US disbands and disintegrates

What about them wanting to stock up on gold. Didn't this bring about some reason to this price jump in the last 48-56 hours?
That news only brought about speculation that they were going to dump alot of coin so to be able to buy gold instead.

For bitcoin to reach one million dollars is an ambitious prediction or projection. I do believe that bitcoin will continue to rise but to reach $1M, maybe not in my lifetime.

To reach $10,000 I think it will take several years if ever it will happen.

Also, I do not think a big crash is coming as what OP is telling here. There are so much good news coming since the previous months about bitcoin and I think it will help push the coin.

Not only the Chinese government ,the Indian government has new regulations on FIAT currency and rumors are that next they will bring restrictions in gold and property and people are having a hard time getting money out of their banks and this has triggered an increase in price in the indian exchanges as it already crossed the 1000 dollar magical figure.

Someone influential in their government must have invested heavily into Bitcoin. Since they can't just stand up and openly say to use Bitcoin to their population, they are trying to find roundabout ways to convey the message. For example, by discrediting their national currency. Yeah, I understand that this is no more than just another facet of corruption, but they would still be doing something else, likely no less corrupt but certainly more detrimental to their country...

So if this corruption turns out good for Bitcoin, then more power to them

At bitcoin theres is no way to predict all the changes that can occur with it, with that said its possible after December bitcoin does loose some of its value, as well it can get an extra boost and achieve the 800 dollars and try to find support at those rates. The only things i do see crashing is the altcoins that looks like arent able to follow neither resist to bitcoin advance in value.

First comment was ironic, I see not everyone get this irony. Its a bit funny when you think about it. Bitcoin is going up for a while as I see it, and there is nothing big that happen that can stop that rise, at least I'm not aware of it.
It would be great price to be 800 soon, I can wait to see that.

The crash the OP is talking about is not related to Bitcoin. Did you actually read the opening post? It is about overall economic meltdown. And if it should happen for real, it may turn out to be beneficial to Bitcoin in the end. When everything crashes around you, Bitcoin may become your safe haven and asylum amidst massive currency devaluations happening around you due to the collapse of world economy...

If this crash doesn't bring about an all-out war or something similar, of course
