Let me get this straight.

So you are saying that the head of the executive branch, not the judicial branch (with Mr. 'Let's Investigate' Comey), which would be the only arm of government that would be able to do this legally (and this was legal, because a judge approved it) ordered this survellience? A hostile judge, which denied the request twice (this is very uncommon), was asked by the FBI. The same FBI that kept us awake at night behind some silly ass emails, and that initially refused to investigate Trussia.

Sounds like, to me, if a judge granted said warrant, after two attempts, (which was specifically targeted at a server that was being used to communicate with Russia, beyond the shadow of a doubt), that maybe, just maybe, there might be something to investigate?

Why are Trump supporters so eager to overlook that our enemy, a foreign state, may have coluded with the current administration to subvert the election? If there is nothing there, why the hesitance to investigate? Surely the truth will set you free. And you can tell all those 'libtards" I told you so.

Isn't the country the most important thing, patriot? Aren't you American? Don't you want to make it great again? Can't be great if our president is giving another state actor that is our enemy a handjob under the table.

It does not seems there is any kind of solid proof at all, so these are nothing but wild accusations and even if he could proof that he was being monitored by a government agency that does not proof it was under the orders of President Obama.

If Trump couldn't present any proof for his allegations, then it will be hugely damaging for him. On the other hand, if it is established that Obama had actually spied on Trump, then nothing will happen to Obama.
I think Trump like a little kid flips out and stomps on the leg of his impotence. He is a stupid man and can not choose the right strategy. Nothing smarter than to make a scene, he figured it out. I hope Obama will sue for libel and win this trial.

Do you read anything but the tweets? Trump never has evidence, nothing ever comes forth. Trump talks shit and never has any serious action to back it up.....

Really?  Here 'ya go.

https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2017/03/03/the-shadow-government-timeline/

In summary: the Obama administration sought, and eventually obtained, authorization to eavesdrop on the Trump campaign; continued monitoring the Trump team even when no evidence of wrongdoing was found; then relaxed the NSA rules to allow evidence to be shared widely within the government, virtually ensuring that the information, including the conversations of private citizens, would be leaked to the media.

The Shadow Government Timeline…
Posted on March 3, 2017   by sundance

CTH always falls back upon timelines to see the larger motives, intents and operational objectives of participants.  No matter which entrance hole you follow down into the labyrinth – eventually you end up finding yourself in the same chamber, the treasury.

Every motive seems to consistently boil down to money.

Ideology without financing is as useful as a pancake to paddle a canoe.

As such – extrapolating from, and adding to, a Breitbart Time Line:

shadow-government-clock

1. June 2016: FISA request. The Obama administration files a request with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) to monitor communications involving Donald Trump and several advisers. The request, uncharacteristically, is denied.

2. July: Russia joke. Wikileaks releases emails from the Democratic National Committee that show an effort to prevent Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) from winning the presidential nomination. In a press conference, Donald Trump refers to Hillary Clinton’s own missing emails, joking: “Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 e-mails that are missing.” That remark becomes the basis for accusations by Clinton and the media that Trump invited further hacking.

3. October: Podesta emails. In October, Wikileaks releases the emails of Clinton campaign chair John Podesta, rolling out batches every day until the election, creating new mini-scandals. The Clinton campaign blames Trump and the Russians.

4. October: FISA request. The Obama administration submits a new, narrow request to the FISA court, now focused on a computer server in Trump Tower suspected of links to Russian banks. No evidence is found — but the wiretaps continue, ostensibly for national security reasons, Andrew McCarthy at National Review later notes. The Obama administration is now monitoring an opposing presidential campaign using the high-tech surveillance powers of the federal intelligence services.

5. January 2017: Buzzfeed/CNN dossier. Buzzfeed releases, and CNN reports, a supposed intelligence “dossier” compiled by a foreign former spy. It purports to show continuous contact between Russia and the Trump campaign, and says that the Russians have compromising information about Trump. None of the allegations can be verified and some are proven false. Several media outlets claim that they had been aware of the dossier for months and that it had been circulating in Washington.

Admiral Michael Rogers had a visit with President Trump on Friday, November 11th.
According to the Executive Order rule changes DNI James Clapper signed off on December 15th.
General Michael Flynn spoke to the Russian Ambassador on December 29th
Dec 29th 2016 – Obama announces sanctions on Russia

shadow-government

6. January: Obama expands NSA sharing. As Michael Walsh later notes, and as the New York Times reports, the outgoing Obama administration “expanded the power of the National Security Agency to share globally intercepted personal communications with the government’s 16 other intelligence agencies before applying privacy protections.” The new powers, and reduced protections, could make it easier for intelligence on private citizens to be circulated improperly or leaked.

The new rules, which were issued in an unclassified document, entitled Procedures for the Availability or Dissemination of Raw Signals Intelligence Information by the National Security Agency (NSA), significantly relaxed longstanding limits on what the NSA may do with the information gathered by its most powerful surveillance operations.

These operations are largely unregulated by American wiretapping laws. Surveillances include collecting satellite transmissions, phone calls, and emails that cross network switches abroad, and messages between people abroad that cross domestic network switches.

The changes initiated by the Obama Administration in its waning days empowered far more agents and officials to search through raw intelligence data.

Jan 3rd 2017 – Loretta Lynch signs off on rule changes for phone taps.
Jan 12th 2017 –  WaPo reports On Phone Calls Anonymous Intel Sources
Jan 15th 2017 – VP Pence appears on Face the nation.
    Jan 20th 2017 – Inauguration
Jan 23rd 2017 –  FBI reports nothing unlawful in content of Flynn call
Jan 26th 2017 – Sally Yates (acting DOJ) informs President Trump there might be a conflict between VP Pence’s stated TV version (was told by Flynn), and what Intel community communicate to Yates that Flynn actually expressed to Russia.
Jan 27th 2017 – White House counsel begins investigation to discrepancy.

7. January: Times report. The New York Times reports, on the eve of Inauguration Day, that several agencies — the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Treasury Department are monitoring several associates of the Trump campaign suspected of Russian ties.

Other news outlets also report the existence of a multi-agency working group to coordinate investigations across the government,” though it is unclear how they found out, since the investigations would have been secret and involved classified information.

8. February: Mike Flynn scandal. Reports emerge that the FBI intercepted a conversation in 2016 between future National Security Adviser Michael Flynn — then a private citizen — and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. The intercept supposedly was  part of routine spying on the ambassador, not monitoring of the Trump campaign. The FBI transcripts reportedly show the two discussing Obama’s newly-imposed sanctions on Russia, though Flynn earlier denied discussing them.

Sally Yates, whom Trump would later fire as acting Attorney General for insubordination, is involved in the investigation. In the end, Flynn resigns over having misled Vice President Mike Pence (perhaps inadvertently) about the content of the conversation.

9. February: Times claims extensive Russian contacts. The New York Times cites “four current and former American officials” in reporting that the Trump campaign had “repeated contacts with senior Russian intelligence officials. The Trump campaign denies the claims — and the Times admits that there is “no evidence” of coordination between the campaign and the Russians. The White House and some congressional Republicans begin to raise questions about illegal intelligence leaks.

10. March: the Washington Post targets Jeff Sessions. The Washington Postreports that Attorney General Jeff Sessions had contact twice with the Russian ambassador during the campaign — once at a Heritage Foundation event and once at a meeting in Sessions’s Senate office.

The Post suggests that the two meetings contradict Sessions testimony at his confirmation hearings that he had no contacts with the Russians, though in context (not presented by the Post) it was clear he meant in his capacity as a campaign surrogate, and that he was responding to claims in the “dossier” of ongoing contacts.

The New York Times, in covering the story, adds that the Obama White House “rushed to preserve” intelligence related to alleged Russian links with the Trump campaign. By “preserve” it really means “disseminate”: officials spread evidence throughout other government agencies “to leave a clear trail of intelligence for government investigators” and perhaps the media as well.

This is huge. If he is bullshiting, it will backfire badly if he can't prove it. And if he is saying the truth and can prove it, shit will go down for Obama....

Also, to finish it, he talks about Arnold's rating in the apprentice (lol what a jackass this guy is)

Well the Democrats headed by Obama and Clinton was a cheater they are really addicted to winning this election so they could possibly be really doing it before. Desperate people who are corrupt are afraid to lose their power and connection that they use to zip the countries resources and that is why I have no question if they have done those things. The only thing we need to hear now are the evidence leading to their involvement in spying Trump.

i don't see why anyone would believe anything that comes out of trump any more. the guy's already had a shit all over his credibility. that's something he should be guarding carefully, not throwing away.

if it's true he should be presenting some evidence first and then tweeting like a dick afterwards.

Obama is the same guy who wiretapped the phone of one of his best friends (Angela Merkel). So I wouldn't be surprised if he did the same to Donald Trump, or to any other Republican politician.

Trump just made a show out of politics. While the show is very poor quality. I would have told him so. Firstly no need to talk on the phone about things that don't want to know others, and secondly, let them provide evidence. Such scandals Trump distracts attention from the charges in connection with the Russian. It will not work!

It would surprise me if Obama, who I consider to be no more than a deeply corrupt puppet of the deep state, was NOT spying on Trump to the maximum degree possible.  Especially by the middle part of 2016.

As for the 'debunking', asking some Obama spokes-minion is useless and taking his word on things to headline 'false claim' as CNN immediately did is absurd.  I mean how would the spokesperson guy even know?

For my part I was ready to focus mostly (but not completely) on the future and seeing if some of Trump's new direction ideas could work in practice.  We tried the Clinton/Bush/Obama way and it proved a disaster.  The ridiculousness of the Russia stuff is annoying and getting to be more than that.

At this point, even though I am not confident that I have a good understanding of the Trump side, I am willing to tolerate them going full berserker on these scum and breaking the back of the establishment media, Dems, and Reps with no mercy.  Even if they end up bending some ethics in doing so.

My attitude should be a predictable fall-out of the tactics being employed against the Trump movement.  I'll have zero pity if they are savagely mauled because people should not start things that they cannot finish.

^^^ This.

Anything coming from @RealDonaldJTrump is instantly "alternative facts" or "fake news". The guy is allergic to facts. It used to just be embarrassing for him, now it's embarrassing for an entire country.

I wonder what he's doing when he's making his 5am tweets. Is this his time on the phone during his morning poop?

"The cardinal rule of the Obama administration was the fact that no official White house never interfered with any investigation under the supervision of the Ministry of justice. As part of the practice, neither President Obama nor any White house official, never gave orders to conduct surveillance of any citizen of the United States. Other claims are simply false." This was stated on Saturday in an official statement, the press Secretary of Barack Obama, Kevin Lewis

Sounds official. Even if they tapped some phones, which isn't unlikely, one cannot blurt out about that throwing accusations because it will become a tough job to prove anything. No evidence, case closed.
The wiser approach would have been to enjoy victory above Clinton and leave those nasty details unmentioned.
