2+ days of 'Round 1' voting into the #AltcoinUnicorn Games, we have preliminary data identifying which AltCoins do the crypto investors find more promising. Feel free to participate, Round 1 ends Aug 26, 2017

For more information on the AltcoinUnicorn Games, visit https://www.securecoin.capital/coingames

Match 1. Ripple (#XRP) and EOS (#EOS) are tied with 50% votes each - this one is going to be close

Match 2. NEO (#NEO) is leading with 85% of the votes in its competition against NEM (#XEM) - 4+ days left but will take momentum from the latter's fanbase to change this trajectory

Match 3. Litecoin (#LTC) has a small lead over DigitalCash (#DASH) with 67% of the votes - this one can get close in a hurry

Match 4. IOTA (#IOT) seems to have an unassailable lead over Gnosis (#GNO) with 91% of all votes - should we call this one already?

At the moment Byteball is very low and a good choice to buy.
I don't like Ripple, but it has some potential, so you have to decide, if you want to invest in it.

Have you invested this year 2017 for Altcoin? How big is it? And why did you invest? Can you share some tips to me? Are you prepared to loss your investments? Or how's your income now?

Yes I invested in an ICO in this year, at the moment the coin is performing poorly but that is to be expected since there is nothing concrete at the moment but as things improve and we are able to see some results I think that the price is going to go up and I will get profits.

Have you invested this year 2017 for Altcoin?
Yes, i put money into XMR, ARK, IOTA, WAVES, BTC, ETH, HEAT, TAAS, ARDOR, HMQ, TRST, KMD, ETT, NEM, XBY, PIVX, SIA, UBIQ, ANT, BNT, SONM, FYN, FUN, LTC, TENX, NET, DNT, NLC2, SAFEX and BTM.

How big is it?
My portfolio is worth about 14x my investment.

And why did you invest?
Crypto currency has the biggest potential for gains right now, I probably won't ever have this type of investment opportunity again.

Can you share some tips to me?

Build up your forum rank and get involved in some airdrops (free tokens). I received a Minereum MNE genesis address from an airdrop listed on this forum, those MNE tokens provided me with a great income to buy into other crypto. I turned MNE and any cash I could spare into a great nest egg. Diversify your portfolio. Don't panic sell, the crypto markets will swing, do not let it scare you.

Are you prepared to loss your investments?
I am prepared, I only invested money I could afford to lose. I also already cashed out half of my total $ invested, if there was to be a crash, I would be out very little.

Or how's your income now?
I get around 12 MNE a week from my Minereum genesis address, that's over $60 at the current price (soon could be a whole lot more, go Artemine!) and about 20 Ark a week from staking (about $34 at todays rate). Those are just basically dividends, that's not including the cost appreciation of my tokens.

I only buy eth and monero, nothing else. Most money that I have is invested into bitcoin as mother coin and until now giving me profit. To choose the right coin to invest I only suggest you see their price action history and volume, news not included. As long that coin has significant moving and stable volume, I'll replace my money with martiangle strategy as my money management. You can prepare loss with your stop loss, never forget that and disciplines with your rules. My income is my secret, but I always learn to understand real market and never push myself to win. Happy trading.

I was thinking about bitcoin cash to invest because if ever people switch to bitcoin cash the price of bitcoin cash can be increase the same as the price today with bitcoin.

I invested money on almost all the ico altcoins I followed, I followed their bounty campaign to understand their progress slowly, I do not like altcoin projects that have no progress on their roadmaps, and it's been proven that some coins already exist in the trading market like ppt.

I never ever invested in altcoin other than supporting them on forums cause very hard to follow for me. Some ICOs are so worth to drop some money but my inexperience blocks me.

I have never invested altcoin at all, probably because I am scared and inexperienced, but in the future I hope to invest in a particular altcoin that I am interested in

according to my analysis, there are many things you should consider when you want to invest. Many of the potentially potent allcoins and tend to be relatively cheaper prices, and potentially for the big fortune in the long run. So in my opinion you can see the market and assess the progress for allcoin. And find out which strategy you should buy.

I invested about 4000$ in june, since then it hit its all time low at 1500$ and all time high at 5500$, now sitting at 4600$...so very up and down but i chose mostly altcoins with low market cap, so there's a very high volatility. Biggest looser coin: -70%, biggest winner: +600%, but sadly i only invested 15 dollars into the 600% one  Grin

Ripple is at a decent price, I believe it's a good idea to get some.

Ripple is indeed a bit cheaper from some other coins offered in the market right now. Worth buying. And it is working quite good, especially in these past 2 to 3 days. The future price for this coin is much bigger. So patience is needed while holding.

Yes as you said Ripple does have great potential to continue growing, and I am sure if we patiently hold it in the next few years would definitely benefit greatly from this Ripple coin, although at this time the price is still relatively low.

Ripple is definitely a great long-term prospect. The price has been picking up last night / today, but it's still at a very good price to buy in.

Have you invested this year 2017 for Altcoin?

Not for now but I have invested with it before.

How big is it?

Almost $1,000 in hand.

And why did you invest?

It's because of the hype that everyone is earning good with alt coins so I started to join but I did studied about it before entering.

Can you share some tips to me?

Just have the strong heart and make sure you know what you are doing.

Are you prepared to loss your investments?

Yes I am because I know that crypto is a very risky investment.

Or how's your income now?

Good, I got almost 150% in total.
