buy on rumors, sell on news. Very familiar but effective. You'll always see the manipulation when u know how to ready the chart and to hear the speculative news. So the only make sense thing is to just ride the wave. Ofcourse the wave to bring u up 
actually the word holding it is part of the basic principle of investing there is nothing wrong with it as you read and predict as you want and certainly accurate speculation to hold Bitcoin.

It's just a desperate attempt to invite more investors or the media is always doing the opposite of the market's state. When bitcoin and cryptos are mooning, they warned us that it will fall down eventually but now that it is down, they bring more positive speculations.

The main reason causing the market to dump so severe is because one Korea exchange is hacked. And that makes people to doubt cryptocurrency has such high value.

Do you think the media want us to hold our coins? They are always posting FUD all over the place and the only times when they do not do that is when the price has been skyrocketing for quite sometime because it will look very silly to tell everyone to sell their coins when the price has been going up for weeks or months, now if you are losing money because you are holding the only thing I can say to you is that no one forced you to hold.
The media is not always to be trusted. You got to have your own strategy and decisions for your move in whatever the market is heading. The big guys who have big funds will not make it obvious to the public that they are buying chunks, They will discreetly get into crypto currencies - that is their strategy, they know better than us and what we can only do is to anticipate their moves.

No link or source of verification. If you say something like this, at least, back your claim with a source of information. This will lead to chain negative effect in the community, leaving those newbies in vain by panic selling. We should be responsible for our own action.
