Why do you think this may be an scam attempt? Let's not get paranoid. After all, OP does not need to disclose business details in the forum for everyone. If you have serious intentions, you can contact him personally at any time and check his proposal in detail.

2 different account with one discord name asking money with different reasons. Site is awful, any student can make the same for a day or two. There is no any plan for money. The OP says "give me some money, i don`t know how much i need and i will do something". This is not any plan.
After all, you can "invest" your money and tell us how it works.
This is a failed attempt if op want to try to cheat the forum as members of this forum are very informed and will not easily fail for this kind of scam attempt, of ops want to avoid troubles and being tag as a scammer on the this forum he better come up with up to date information on the condition of the site and any other evidence to prove op of not being a scammer.
We can't say so if OP was really saying the truth or just want to purposely push someone so that they could scam them. It's still not clear yet what's the OP's plan but if his intention was clear then it might be a big project that's why asking for an escrow to fully support this is recommended. Now that some members here knew what is about to happen it's best to stop this kind of trap attempt since most members here in this forum know how to spot a scam attempt.Your suggestions are very good, but with such investments, details are rather made available directly to interested persons. I suspect that what an agreement between both parties may look like may depend on how much someone can invest.

This site don`t need any develop - it need to be closed. The OP just a scammer without imagination. He even don`t try to come up with a legend. Need loan to "help irl" and created cryptocasino for "lebanese people". And it will be p2p there, of course for "lebanese people".
Why i`m sure that this is scam? Easy site without any content, 2 account(at least), no any plans for development, improvment, doesn`t know how money this project need - just $1000+ and you`ll get some percent of "business" - unknown percent, and you probably can improve it

You are acting like a scammer .... dumping old accounts ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/wts-a-fully-gambling-website-with-4-game-modes-5380738 ) and making new accounts. People look at your post history to see what your track record is and they also look at your "trust" rating. When you jump between accounts, it is indicative of someone trying to hide their past. 
In any way, you will have a lot more success if people could "invest" smaller amounts and then once you prove that they will be getting a return on their investment..... they might invest more. (Also called the long Con) 
(This way... people can flag you, if you are a scammer)

Try getting a loan from the bank.
I would normally agree with this but he said he is Lebanese and Lebanon went bankrupt recently if my memory serves me right. Which probably means banks are not functioning alright there. In a situation like this It would make sense to look for international investors but still, the chances are very slim for finding one.

A lot of red flags here. Even if you have put together a reasonable, very basic, pitch I think anyone with money - especially the sums you're aiming to raise - should definitely not hand it over. Unfortunately Lebanon is a very poor place and I don't think gambling would even be legal there, so how can you possibly run a gambling operation without being in complete danger? It is also somewhat of a lawless country so if that is really your base and you decide to disappear with the money, there is nothing anyone can do to get it back. Beyond that, it's a rather ugly looking domain and it takes huge resources to break into this market - even if everything was legit, you will face constant attacks and a few thousand extra dollars will get you nowhere.

My suggestion to OP is try to give a detailed plan what could be the benefits of the investors and include statistics why would you say that you could earn a lot of money by operating this gambling site, promises are just words and without proof no investors would invest to something that they are not sure if they are going to earn.
Even if @OP gives us a detailed plan, what investors can get, it still can't convince us because @OP needs $1,000 which if to be used to run a website, it's very less and we know that a casino could need more from $10,000. Investors need details about the project, especially how much they estimate they can get BEP or ROI and if it is calculated, it certainly will not be easy because the number of visitors or players in a casino can not be a measure. 
This looks so funny too. As your service looks mixed up and how do you expect people from a cryptocurrency community to invest in a project that has to do with the third party agent to exchange your ticket. Whichever ways you may have to put in some level of work to see the project develop to some certain level before seeking investors involvement at list get the site to 90% operational level and after that you may have a bankroll investment feature that way you may attract investors that will be willing to invest the money on the bankroll in other to share revenues from the site activities.
I'm still working on the site, you'd see progress soon still implementing new features to the website I'd love to get back here when everything goes smooth

What made this look fishy too. It is the fact that the admin is seeking a minimum of $1000 investment and we all know that running and operating a casino requires large capital for to source that kind of capital online will be impossible so I will say ops should approach a bank with the right collateral for a loan.
Such a fishy one, usually good gambling site wont ask for any investors here because they already have one in person and they are into contracts which can give an assurance for every investors. This project will fail, no gambling site will succeed if they have no funds in the first place, OP should not ask for any investors here.
