Yeah you are right a new account looking for members to invest in a new project is practically impossible and ops may have to build the site to an operational level before it can attract investors if not that way no one from this forum will risk their money on such a project that have no prospect of succeeding at any time soon. I don't think asking for investors to just put their money in a developing project will and may not go well with most of us in this forum.

I don't think so and I don't think, maybe create in the site an investment feature where players or investors can invest in the bankroll and giving admin panel may not be a good idea, they can ruin the website operation if you give full admin access to investor.
A project like this will need lots of funds. I don't think you'll be able to find such people on the internet. Why would anyone trust you in the first place? It looks pretty suspicious to me. Not saying you are a scammer but it sure damn looks fishy.

Are P2P deposits through your agents the only way to deposit money into your sportsbook account? And if I am not Lebanese or live in Lebanon, I wouldn't be able to bet? I don't see any guarantee and he can't guarantee he can only give the admin panel after that the investor can only hope that he can make the casino profitable, but based on what I'm seeing and how OP behave I don't think so, it's better for OP to take a chance getting a loan from a loan company or borrow from relatives and friends or sell some of his stuff if an admin has a big stake in a project he'll go all out to make the casino profitable.

Surely there can be no guarantees from the site that the investors will get that money back? I'm not saying it's a scam, but we've seen a lot of projects on the forum looking for such investors for all sorts of different projects, and then a lot of that turned out to be a scam. Guarantees will have to be given. Do you also want to work with a gambling license? Then you can add another 25,000 USD.

Don't expect people to believe you easily because by the help of this forum many people now are been educated about those possible scam attempt. So I guess you need to research first about what you offering here since most of scammers who use this word big project without providing any proof of legitimacy or any roadmap didn't succeed on their plans.
The title is misleading it's a start-up project not a big project, the casino has no player, with an incomplete page so simple that it will have a hard time competing with fully established casinos you tell us to trust you because there is a lot of money to be made
