I want to say that don't credited the lottery winning balance instantly at user account. Tell the winner to post there with their user id. And when they will post here then credit their lottery winning balance at their account.

OP, did you provide them with a template for the reporting of their winnings? I hope you have also linked the Lotto winners to this thread,

the server seed appears when you roll, but it's unknown before you roll also it's different in each rollthanks
but if you want to check previous rolls you can go to the Multiply BTC ta, go down and there's a history just click "CLICK" on one that says FREE in the game and you can see the server seed for that roll
