I have another question: I redeemed reward points for an Amazon $25 voucher days ago, but still did not receive my code. Are redemptions processed by hand and not automatically? I mean, it is a digital code, not a physical voucher, right?

You'll drop to 44 first then down to 22. There is a further low wagering reduction but with the amount you have already wagered, I can't see that happening to you (it's only meant to effect free players). But if it ever does kick in you can simply keep a balance above $50 USD to get full base reward.
