I lost quite a bit on securities, every company
Yes, I get that we 've been losing money last 3 months but I did not see any of us crying in the corner like a child who lost his/her toy. We need to stay positive and eventually it will work out.
The biggest bitcoin loss in the history is deffinately a guy, who have bought a pizza for something 10.000 bitcoins
Bitconnect might be a thing, although it is a meme now. I can not possibly understand how people could buy tokens from that screaming dude...
I would think if your dealing with an alternative currency other than what the majority of people are using, because the masses use what is stable, then you are going to see a loss eventually.
i think there is no big or small loss in bitcoin, depending on how much your capital is, my loss was a whole payment on a signature campain i joined, i was trying to convert it but to no luck, it was all forfeited. too bad for the whole 4 weeks of payments, all wasted.

Anyway, what are some of your guys biggest bitcoin losses? Did many people here loss everything with Mtcox? For me it is online casinos. I do have a moderate gambling habit so it was bound to happen.
i lose in trading. I didnt hold it long enough and i just bought another coin using it. I lose approximately 2000$-3000 $. Anyway, what are some of your guys biggest bitcoin losses? The only time I've had any bitcoin losses were because of my own stupidity, most of them which I earned back very quickly, so it didn't affect me much when my btc recovered. My biggest personal loss was 5 btc, I invested in the wrong altcoins.
I am not sure if it can be called a loss but it happened to me a few years ago. I simply decided to sell all of my Bitcoins.Soon, BTC started growing very fast.That was so tough though, well in my end I haven't experience such tremendous experience with regards to my bitcoin investment since I'm just new to it. But I know you guys will be ble to recover because bitcoin started to grow again.

I would never forget a case with that gyu, who (according to the story) have bought a single pizza for 10.000BTC, this is loss...
This how things start in the beginning, since ICO project starts with this price also, it is only that the person who receives this BTC did use this for fun to sell when the price increase a little bit, now all of them regretted to sell it on the early basis, everyone does a regrettable moment on Bitcoin.

Such things as computers, technology and especially the Internet are able to change our emotional statement. But I am pretty sure even if the bitcoin hits its highest point I would not have tears of hapiness.
I'm sure that happy tears will appear only if you have enough Bitcoin on your wallets to rejoice at the high price that may come in the future. But for today even for me the drop in the price for Bitcoin invite negative emotions, since this price drop affects the entire crypto-currency market .
Well, i have some paper losses but its not come from my own pocket since I started here with zero capital and now I'm still making a good shot here in cryptoworld.
It's normal to incur some loses, you can actually learn from it and do better in the future.

Lucky for me i didn't make any big losses. However i always check the address 10 times when I am about to send some coins. There is still some fear when you read the stories about people losing coins for sending to the wrong address

It is a big mistake for us to hold such a large amount of money every time we trade. Be careful, look and check the address several times before moving. Many people have lost money because of their carelessness. .

My biggest Bitcoin loss was 0.12 BTC some month ago by sending them to a wrong address 
That's terrible, in my own experience I have been in the state that I panic sell the 20k of my tokens and eventually few days after the price in the market increase up to ten times, and I really regret that part that patience is really a virtue that when you wait you can actually have the best thing to recieve, my parents keep saying that it's fine the money that I've got is enough for an ordinary person like me to achieve they keep my spirit alive even though it was really a regretful scenario for me since I know I deserve a better amount since i have work for that.
My biggest loss in bitcoin was i send my bitcoin into a site that can doubled it but after that i never retrieve my bitcoin back and that was my first time using bitcoin i was trying to explore new thing's in order to doubled my income and that happens i got scammed.

Maybe not bitcoin but i had some not good decisions when i put my money and i was not patient but every lose give you some lesson, since than i am more patient and i always believe in my moves. I still remember my biggest losses and it was something that was extreme. I have lost my entire capital in my initial days of trading just because I wanted to earn a maximum profit and I blindly followed the tips given by "someone from the exchange chatbox". It was the worst trade technique and it deserved 100% loss but that period taught me a very good lesson and today, I never invest in anything without doing research and understanding it.
