that might be right, when someone who like bill gates talk about bitcoin, people who don't know about bitcoin can be curious about bitcoin, then they will get some information about it, adopt it and it means more community

Just a mere statement doesn’t add or remove anything from Bitcoin, whether the statement was made by Bill Gates or Shakespeare. What adds value is the amount of investment made, and I don’t think Bill Gates will try to invest a dime into Bitcoin, Microsoft is already enough!

Everytime someone important says anything about cryptos, a tiny bit of a rise is because of that. For example, some guy who have never been in cryptos is watching news - Bill Gates is talking about how awesome bitcoin is. He opens up his windows PC and buy a bit just to see what will happen - I mean c'mon all Bill can't be wrong! Overall I think it's a good thing it keeps the market flow.

Wrong all this price increase and demand was a pure coincidence some people in the very early stages knew it's potential and it's bright future and wisely invested in btc. The reason btc became so famous is because of it's market cap earlier some millionaires saw they could control the price easily and kept buying bitcoin and selling it like this many people started showing interest in it and today it's something which is better than gold and also known as online gold.

Reading Satoshi's whitepaper on Bitcoin is itself enough for anybody to get convinced to see a bright future for Bitcoin. The seemingly sleek, foolproof design and implementation of digital currencies through signatures and timestamps was a very well thought out idea that Satoshi put together to make Bitcoin what it is today. Not only Bill Gates, but there are many other millionaires and MNCs that have come out in support of BTC which will prevent all sorts of credit card frauds and such while making it easier for users to transact online.

Bill Gates stated that nobody can stop Bitcoin because Bitcoin is unstoppable. As Bitcoin dominates the entire world famous people like Bill Gates gives a good reputation on Bitcoin and that makes Bitcoin more popular too not only in the cryptocurrency world but also in streaming sites which people do visit from time to time. If people hear and see a famous person talking about something that would remain in the head of that person and start to do a research about it and boom! collect Bitcoins and then become one of us. It has really a big impact most especially in it's price because it gives positive feedback or good news in the cryptocurrency community.

That is one hell of a man who have a strong reputation in the world.
It puts a great value if many will hear this and they start believing with bitcoin. Some could also change their minds of what they think about bitcoin before. (used for illegal transactions, buying weapons and drugs)
If it came to a great man then we might have incoming big investors.

Well for me, that's believable and reliable statement came from Bill Gates himself and that would probably a reasons why many people get inspired by his thoughts and now they've invested in bitcoin. I think 10% of his assets now funded at bitcoin investment based on other stories been circulated at social media, I don't know if it's legit but I am certain that he really did an investment with bitcoin and he's considered the big fish of digital currency of these days.

Yes I agree it's not just one or two successful persons talking about or appreciating the uniqueness bitcoin has as a currency which added value to it but the over all media coverage which it received in the recent months contributed to the rise in the value of bitcoin. I also agree that the end of scaling debate which may not have brought any significant changes in the status of number of pending transactions, high transaction fee etc but has certainly caused the prices of bitcoin to go to moon and added value to it.

Stable bitcoin and all other crypto currency will never happen. Until there is no centralized control, and this is contrary to the concept of crypto currencies. But it doesn't bother me I'm used to it and the stability of bitcoin may even scare some of the users earn on speculation.

that's right what bitcoin aim is not to be control by anyone and stability will just means to less of opportunity to earn more

Stable bitcoin and all other crypto currency will never happen. Until there is no centralized control, and this is contrary to the concept of crypto currencies. But it doesn't bother me I'm used to it and the stability of bitcoin may even scare some of the users earn on speculation.

I think it is just the start of countries will be using virtual coins in the future. If that happens, it is a must the the coins will need to be more secured and unhackable. No more paper money!

As far as I see Bill Gates has a positive outlook on Bitcoin, it seems he supports it. He asserted that in the future, financial transactions would be digitized, globalized and almost free and that Bitcoin was better than real money. He is one of the biggest and most famous billionaires in the world, so expressing his support for Bitcoin will help Bitcoin develop steadily and better in the future, although I'm not sure, but at the least it also makes Bitcoin more trusted by people

He does have a point most especially about those less fortunate people, they would really have a hard time if the currency they have keeps going up and down. But at least he acknowledges bitcoin that it is better than cash but maybe in the future or in time it will be better than cash too.
