1: Why they ask for installing from Playstore instead of contacting other email.

2: Why they didn't give me link of Playstore or Apple instead of giving link looking scam

Of course, this is the scammers' method, they attached a valid and real email to Binance to remove your doubts, but if you look at the sender's mail and the download links, you will find that they are fake. They send this message to hundreds and thousands of Binance customers daily, so it is better to ignore their messages completely and not to download any application for a wallet or platform outside of Google Play or the Play Store and make sure that it is the official application, because in the case of downloading a fake application that contains Trojans or malicious viruses, You will expose your phone to hacking, and they will be able to steal all the phone data, your private keys, recovery phrases, and everything saved on the phone. The matter is very dangerous, and you must be careful and never trust inbox mail messages.

Was the primary email coming, I mean from Binance? In any case, do not download any application outside the store and make sure that it is the real application, while making sure that there is no active scam, whether by asking here or via Reddit.
How to safely download and install software
Applications: download in a secure manner

If we search applications in Google Play, Apple Store, we will have more risk to find fake applications. If we install fake applications, our devices will be infected and money will be stolen.

Actually i open my friends Binance account in clone app which i downloaded using cloner app. Its working fine and i am able to use both accounts in same device but after login in clone App i recieved this message next day. I think This all happen because of this clone app because i didn't recieved any message in original account.

The clone app is where the problem is coming from and it mightn't be their fault directly as probably hackers might have found ways to get information of people that used the clone apps. This is why I don't recommend using those clone features on mobile phone especially when you have to download one of those unverified clone apps and use it in your phone especially when they're wallets and other finance apps like exchange etc.

I think the hackers don't have access to your account yet because if they did, your account would had been wiped of all your coins already. Just take precautions next time and don't use clone apps. Also change your email on your Binance account and password. It's possible to change email, check Binance FAQ to see how to do it. It requires additional KYC verification but it's very possible and that's the only way to secure your account again. You can also abandon the account and open a new one with different details.

This friend Binance have no fund and i think no need to change password this time because he are not using for trading purpose.
As long as the hackers have the password, when deposit happen, they will initiate a withdrawal quickly, so changing the password and adding several layers of security will be a good solution.

Was the primary email coming, I mean from Binance? In any case, do not download any application outside the store and make sure that it is the real application, while making sure that there is no active scam, whether by asking here or via Reddit.

It is also safer to use two-factor verification from another device that has not and will not be connected to the Internet.

They are probably posing as Binance using some spoofing method and making it "look" like it came from Binance emails. The immediate reaction to those things should be that it's a scam, and look at the sender.

There is a lot in my emails now with attachments, and I don't really look at them and delete them automatically. Be careful, everyone.

Be careful because this is very suspicious, let alone being told to download an unknown application even though there is a notification from Binance, but I doubt that this is an attempt by scammers trying to trick you with a warning to reinstall the Binance application.

It's a scam.

If you want to download the Binance app then just proceed to their main website and look for the link there. They won't contact anyone just for them to encourage people to download their app.

The app that you're instructed to download is most likely a phishing app where your details will be sent directly to the scammer/hacker and then will rob you once you placed those login details and even the 2FA you set.

Also, the domain [email protected] is just probably another domain that has been made by these scammers and just another spoof. You don't email someone if you want them to download as you've got an app that's published on the app/play store.

I used to receive email notifs from Binance and the first one always indicates "[email protected]" or "[email protected]".

listen to what the members have said. right now the best thing you can do is ignore the mail that was sent to you and report this incident to Binance's customer support, I am sure they can verify whether this is a  phishing attempt or not and it would also make them aware of another Binance phishing attempt is going around.

1: Why they ask for installing from Playstore instead of contacting other email.

Because they are scammers and wanted to assure you that they are real Binance call contact support. Scammers always use this kind of tricks to decieve but we should not trust on it. In your case Hackers are using same email like Binance official and asking you to download APP which will lead to account hack because they there is possibility of malware in these apps to access all your galley or with this new Binance App they record all your login  and fund passwords .

2: Why they didn't give me link of Playstore or Apple instead of giving link looking scam[/b]

A newbie can say that these links never related to any official platform. Binance have their official App for Both android and Apple users and the most trusted and secure platform to download are Playstore and Apple store. don't click on any link and i will recommend to report this message as a spam so that you not recieved this kind of message from this person again

This is obvious an scam attempt, and the originator is not Binance, but they might have spoof the original Binance email to look like that this is coming from an official source.

But the giveaway is the Chinese character itself, I myself have a Binance account and didn't received this kind of email. So it's good that you gave the community a fair warning, and then just delete the email itself and not click on that phishing link.

1: Why they ask for installing from Playstore instead of contacting other email.

2: Why they didn't give me link of Playstore or Apple instead of giving link looking scam

Below are the some proof. please check these below mail and what you think about, this is scamming attempt?

You don't have to check where the email comes from. Because I can send you an email from the Official Binance email if I want to scam you or hack your device, this is email spoofing. You will receive an email from the same email address. But only experienced and advanced users will find the difference. Binance doesn't know if you are using an app that contains malware. Binance won't email a specific user, letting them know they are using an app that contains malware. If your Binance app contains malware, Your funds wouldn't be there.

Moreover, Binance won't ask you to download the app from an unknown website. You have to update your app from the google play store or app store. They only send notification updates to the app through the Binance App. It was a scam attempt, for 100% sure. Just avoid those scammers and do not reply to the email again.

BTW, Did you download the app from the link by any chance? If you did, Factory Reset your device as soon as possible. Change all credential information of your emails, social media, exchanges and other accounts.

Do you think your Binance app has malware?  Because if not then this is obviously sent by someone else.

When you are unsure of what to do, do not click anything from the email. Just go ahead to the website or to the Playstore and then update the Binance app which I think could fix its issues. It's always a security threat clicking links from the email letter, you can login on binance and see if they have a notification, this is more like making sure the email is from them.

Here's what their service email looks like that they sent me, maybe you can compare
I think it's the OP that didn't familiarize himself with what the Binance email looks like and there's no way a real cryptocurrency exchange will ask their user to contact a certain email address for an app when there's always a shortcut to download every exchange app on their official website.

This is without a doubt a phishing email. Be careful! You can verify this by clicking on details to see the real address of the sender.
Just ignore it and don't do anything from what they asked you to do. I also suggest you to report it as spam.
One thing I didn't get is why they asked you to send an email to download @ binance.com? They certainly don't own that address. So, what's the point from that request?

I'm very sure that the email is not from Binance because they are legit and they won't send such mails to their customers. Be careful it seems like someone is trying to scam you with a phishing page. If unfortunately, you click on the link and download the app from the page, you'll get a malware in your device and that will give the access of your device and accounts to the hackers who are trying to social engineering tricks with you.

You should open up the Binance app on your smartphone and see if there is any notification of installing the app or the app requires any kind of updating. If there isn't any notification then be sure the scammer has somehow got your email and will try again to scare you with such tricks.

It's better to block the sender so that you won't receive any emails from it. And, also be sure to avoid any such mails to be safe from the social engineering tricks of those negative actors. Their main intention is to get access to your smartphone and your account and once they get the access they will withdraw all the funds without your noticing.

That's pretty obvious as you can see the app link they provided is far from the source and another thing that you can notice is they made it Chinese to make it look legit but it's not.

I never receive that email from Binance even on their announcement and notifications no news about the malware Binance app and the email [email protected] is not exist but the extension @binance.com is legit I think they just use it to make it look legit.
To make sure that it was from Binance check this

It seems img does not work anymore I tried talkimg but uploading always error failed. now it works.

If the extension domain is different then it wasn't from Binance.com.

Certainly a scam or phishing attempt. The scammers will lure you into installing their fake Binance app, which will steal your passwords and personal details if you do not deposit coins at their addresses. I'd love to see what they're up to this time. On top of that, one should never install any application that isn't downloaded through the Google Play Store, especially if it is related to financial services. Binance would never send such an email; I'd report it to their customer support if I were you.

This is 100% a hacking attempt, and it's not even that sophisticated of an attack. but its a good thing you posted this here OP.

The email is trying to scary you to act IMMEDIATELY, and obviously Binance is never going to ask you to send them an email to get "the genuine Binance app", and the email with the download links, they are straight out of how to make your email looks like malware academy.
