This just made it more apparent that CMC was scamming its viewers by manipulating data.
And now binance lists itself at the top of the list on CMC which is owned by... binance.
Maybe they are right, maybe not, it doesn't matter anymore.
What really matters is, in this space I can't really depend on any data because now I know that most of the time it is manipulated bullshit.
Even if binance is good and I mean better than majority... (If not all the centralized exchanges) out there, the fact that they now own and control cmc will always appear unsatisfactory to many people because they believe binance must have manipulated their way up, but from a more realistic point of view, other exchange don't provide the kind of services, supports, ideas, innovations and much more that binance provides to the crypto community,
Hate it or like it, binance deserves to be at the top, I don't see any other exchange who does what they do, going the extra mile to provide services, making exchange experience very simple, providing support for startups, conducting charity for the less previlage, given jobs to many people, creating easy access to buy and sell directly to your local bank account, and the list goes on,
If there was an external body to pass the verdict and rank exchanges according to their performance and service provided, surely binance will definitely take the top position imo.
