Binance's reputation will always go up every day, because this is the best exchange and they always users in the forefront. It is difficult to see someone complaining about this exchange, they are almost good in every way. Even when the exchange was hacked, they still refunded all users without delay. That's why I love this exchange
Platform reputation will continue to increase if investors continue to invest in it, but it is not easy to get the first place because it requires extra hard work from the platform manager to get it, hopefully, the service of the Binance platform continues to increase.
Even before they acquired CMC, they have topped the market cap times without numbers. They earned it IMHO. Binance is trying to make coinmarketcap data/ranking more organic than when it was controlled but now they are being criticized because they are the biggest exchange and they are in control.
No matter who owns coinmarketcap, I believe that Binance Exchange will always rank first in this market. Take a look at what they are doing, they focus on the interests of users and bring them a lot of profit. Besides their liquidity is also the best in this market
They are even making crypto more usable for other parts of the world, now users can trade or withdraw using Fiats, something that's not possible on exchanges before, only haters will talk against binance exchange, you can hardly see any bad reviews on the internet about this exchange
It's really not hard to see how good binance exchange is, it's hard to see new exchanges CEO coming out in the public like CZ, the man have nothing to hide, they have every opportunity to exit scam last time when binance exchange was hacked, they can easily put the blame on the hackers but they didn't, this team have dreams, binance exchange worked hard to get to the first Position even if they aren't listed as the first on coinmarketcap they deserve it
Binance in the top position makes sense because the performance and service to investors is quite good, so investors with large capital need not worry about investing in it, and the coins provided in it are quite good.
Binance deserves the first position? It's really funny. If they deserve the first position, then they will appear at the first place. Who is going to prevent them from appearing there, especially since CMC is owned by Binance now. Let's be realistic. If Binance is not the no.1 exchange as per the data from Coinmarketcap, then the reason is that their trade volumes are lower when compared to other exchanges such as VinDAX and Huobi Global.
The fact that Binance acquired The coinmarketcap rating casts doubt on the first place of the exchange in it for some participants. But I was more outraged by the fact that Binance was previously placed in the second ten in that rating, although I myself saw that these data were not objective.
Yes I agree that Binance deserves the first position in coincapmarket. With time gone by Binance has improved so much that their quality is just world class. I am using Binance from 3 years. I have enjoy this. Their platform style of trading, future trading, their giveaway, their coin listing everything perfect. Now come to their application it is very smooth and their deposit and withdrawal just been a treat for traders. Looking at all features I can Binance is ahead of any crytocurrency exchange.
Binance has all the investors need, and of course if you are trading here, you will definitely never want to switch to another exchange. I have stayed in this exchange for a very long time and until now this exchange has helped me to make a lot of money. However, this trade has been hacked in the past, and it is a security issue that makes me very worried, so I only use half of my assets at this exchange.

The topic was binance deserved the first place on CMC as long as it's free from the manipulation and everyone will come if binance has already placed at the first place caused by the real volume and demand on for its product. This depends on the how credible the binance exchange was.
It can't argue that Binance is one of the toughest exchanges in the market and being in the number one among the others may deserve to be. I don't how that CMC manipulating the market because all I know is that Binance is protecting their reputation and that even build stronger. If the other says it was manipulated then, let their mind thinks of it because we don't know the really thing happen to it and how the CMC gives that position to Binance.
They are ranked number 1 now and I think they deserve that rank, it's just thank some would think they have manipulated the ranking because they are the current owners of of the CMC, you can't take that away from the doubters. Prior their acquisition of the CMC, I already believe that Binance is the number 1 although they are not consistent with that spot.
Also, I think some exchanges are just faking their volume so its good to see CMC has added new features in determining the real status of the exchange.
Anyway, I don't really mind what people would think but I am here giving my opinion and for me Binance is the number 1 exchange.

binance exchanges do deserve to be in the first place of other cryptocurrency exchanges because their services to investors and coins provided for investment are excellent potential for long-term investments.
It wouldn't be beneficial for them to rank below the top 10 while they own the website that is browsed by traders almost every day. They will start having big banners right in front of CMC index if they don't rank the first and maybe popups of binance registration page which is much annoying. I would expect the next they'd do is raise the rank of the Chinese exchanges like OKEX and Hoo.com. Bitfinex and Kraken will be buried deep.

Many people are saying that binance ranked was manipulated because they now acquired coinmarketcap, they are now rated 1st on coinmarketcap but the truth is binance exchange deserves to be ranked first, what's your take on this??
I don't know if they are manipulating or not because I don't understand how they are doing things, for example:
how do they put Coinbase pro in third with number of markets being 65 but Bitfinex is in sixth and has 274 number of markets?

There's no doubt that Binance is the best centralized kind of exchange currently. So, the ranking is okay. But if with being less reputed exchange, they used to rank Binance in top, that would be manipulation. However, I would not surprise at that even because CMC is aquired by them and it's their choice what to do.

I wasn't expecting CMC to rank another exchange, if not its owner Binance as number one, it could have been manipulated or just as a result of their proclivity to their own exchange Binance, or they may be deservedly 1st.If a shady exchange (Yobit for example) had bought CMC and listed themselves as number one, then the manipulation will be obvious and people will distrusts their rating and may stop using CMC, but since it's Binance and even if anyone thinks they should not top the list, whichever way you look at it, they rank in the best three, so it doesn't really cause any problems imo.

I give Binance all my respect, I mean they have been able to build a crypto conglomerate within a pace of 3 years... my concern, however, is that CMC should be an independent coin ranking system, else people will only perceive it as CZ's toy. Notice that web traffic ranking of CMC have been falling since the CMC acquisition by Binance, as seen in Alexa ranking.
