McAfee is not even claiming that they are hacked. He is just throwing the rumor out there, that there are screenshots being circulated (where?) which are possibly shopped, which may or may not indicate that binance was hacked. It's not even a statement, he's just saying something for having said something. I have no idea what his purpose is.

It is not hacked, dont worry and do not believe everythins mcafee says 
if we look at the argument there, it seems that no serious problems are happening and I suspect that the offical account mcafee la is being hacked.
the binance site has been overloaded because its users are getting more and the system should be upgraded. this is a reasonable problem, because if there is no maintenance and not repaired, then the binary site may go down.

Mcaffee could be right. I have never seen a maintenance that happens without announcement to the users and why would it take about 12 hrs for an upgrade or maintenance. It is either Binance has been hacked or they detected a flaw in their system. We will know in due time

He said 'rumors' so It shouldn't be taken seriously but I wouldn't be surprised If that was the case, as he have contacts with Jihan Wu who may have people from inside Binance. With that being sad, It will take more then a hack to take Binance down, the trading volume is on billions and they are making millions daily, even If they got hacked, they could easily refund their users.
I think biance is fine, I truly believe that if there was an issue, they would alert the public. They have good business practices and are strong with their communication. I trust they will be just fine and continue with their growth shortly after reopening trading.
Just stop believing in anything McAfee says.

Binance has posted on twitter and reddit about their maintenance and upgrades and believe me such things takes time. Lets just sit and wait till we get back to trade.

No that's a lie . Binance is going through technical works, nothing critical has happened . And its not broke , don't worry
