In this comparison there is only one decentralized exchange, I definitely can not say what exactly is bancor, because now there are a lot of different exchanges that position themselves as decentralized, I understand that this is just a place where you can exchange something.

Binance for sure. I don't know much about bancor exchange. About folkdelta, that's lagging so it really get mad to me

Well, very cool and nice, trustworthy exchanges .although all the named are good. But I liked and use Binance the most.
I think no need to compare binance to forkdelta as we all know that forkdelta is decentralized and in terms of trading volume binance is on top. But then, I also tried bancor and it's good, at first I thought this is just an ordinary exchange site like you'll set a buy or sell order and just wait but in bancor it directly exchange through their platform then that's it, no need to wait for someone to get your order.
I think binance is surely the top exchange in volume and has a large number of top coins available. However, most of Ethereum ERC20 tokens are available for trading on forkdelta or etherdelta so if you want one, you will have to use forkdelta for that.

Definitely I choose Binance. Its the biggest and has the more supported crypto among the three you mentioned. And personally I prefer the much easier and user friendly interface of Binance.

Binance is number one exchange from above exchanges because binance have huge trading volume and very low conditions for withdrawal. we can withdraw 02 BTC per day without any verification.
what is the best exchange
I am used to wearing binance but if the crypto I have is just listed in the bancor it does not matter. because bancor I think is a good exchange. but not for folkdelta, I guess I will not use it for my own reasons.
