Of those exchanges I would only work with Binance. Bancor has a limited liquidity in most assets and forkdelta is the second worst exchange after ED.
binance is a market that has a high volume and become a favorite market for the coin holder if the coins that they hold it in the list there. and for traders are still a favorite, in the market a lot of potential coins and to enter the list there is difficult. and I really like trading there and maybe a lot of people the same as me
For me bancor is the best of them because they are sending you a link before you can log in into their web site. This makes you safe from logging in I in any phishing sites that can hack your account. And aside from that transaction is very easy you are just performing conversion and then that's it.
Unlike centralized exchanges (like binance), the decentralized exchanges (like folkdelta) won’t have the power to steal users’ deposits.

I you only exchange Etherium token, you can use : Folkdelta or Bancor
For most of best Altcoin and token! I think, Binance is the best choice!

Among of the three exchanges I recommend Binance because there are more traders there, more volume and more secure than of the others.
However, not all altcoins can be traded there so you still need other exchanges.

I preferred for binance because I was already try it and the coins or token included to this sites are highly recommended to invest. I never heard folkdelta however bancor is one of the good exchange site but i never try it. If some people giving me a chance to try it I do it, because almost exchanging site are level the value of coin. Those exchange you mention is good exchange it's up to you what do you want to use. But in those three binance is the number one exchange that people choose because if it's security and easy to use even you are new trader. 
now seems to be the best binance. But bancor comes with solid steps. 2018 may be the year of bancor

If you want to trade only on 1 exchange then I will disappoint you. You will have to register for many because each coin can only be traded on 1-2 exchanges, and not always the most popular ones. Also, between exchanges, the price of the same coin may also vary, depending on the volume of trades and the number of participants.

Binance exchange is more good market compared to tjat forkdelta and bancor mate, as we know that there are a lot of good coins listed in Binance that forkdelta which is only tradable all altcoins with erc20 token base while binance has more kinds of coin in a different currency of coin.
In this comparison there is only one decentralized exchange, I definitely can not say what exactly is bancor, because now there are a lot of different exchanges that position themselves as decentralized, I understand that this is just a place where you can exchange something.

I am used to wearing binance but if the crypto I have is just listed in the bancor it does not matter. because bancor I think is a good exchange. but not for folkdelta, I guess I will not use it for my own reasons.
For me the best exchange is binance. It has user friendly interface, a lot tokens lested, simple in use and quite secure.
I have never traded on Bankor and Etherdelta,so I cannot say anything about them,but I very often use Binance exchange and as for me,it is one of the best exchanges in the cryptoworld.
If you notice that every exchange moves differently right? So we can't say best but from the user's perspective if they are satisfied with the exchanger service then they say it's good but if they experience bad they say it's bad so better to try it yourself and find out.
For me, Bancor is the best. The Bancor Network is what allows all of these token conversions to take place. There is no spread, so users get low-cost conversions courtesy of the automated market maker of a non-profit nature.
Personally I use Binance and I am very happy. Everything is quite clear and convenient. I think they have quite good protection. The only point is the requirements of personal data. I do not know how bad it is that Binance does not require personal data, but I do not worry much about it. 
I use binance and forkdelta and for bancor I am not use that till now. From my experience the two of that exchange have different benefit. Usually I used forkdelta for the token which just listed and not have high volume. For binance I used that for the token or coin which have high volume.
I never try to use the two aside from binance because usually the coin I received is listed on hitbtc. What I can say to binance is that the transaction fee is more cheaper and it is fast to process though it has limited withdrawals for unverified accounts but it does not a problem to me.
