I think that you should pursue legal action because I think that even though it looks futile, you will be able to be at peace that authorities will have your statement recorded so when they finally catch it, they will be able to incriminate them but the problem is that you should have some evidence to help with your case.

Last tweet by the official twitter account of bit-exo on March, total invested BTC is more than 11btc. Total invested doge on January was more than 5million doge. With this number compared to the number you see, we can say that majority bankroll is investor's money. No updates at all from their side after the website down, can we say that they run away with investor's money? Surprisingly I can find any complains from the investors or players in this forum as well as on twitter.

Well that amount is including investor money too as IIRC bit-exo has accepted investment too and their own token investment was the biggest one too, but can't exactly remember how many token have invested.

IIRC professor hasn't too active on Bitdice anymore when he launched Bit-Exo, don't know about JROC. He was active on Justdice too back then

Website is also down now, I get Error 522 while trying to access it.
Bit-exo is the only one survived site after moneypot gone long time ago. It has small number of players compared to other casino but I think still have some active players and investors.
I hope it is not a bad sign that they are gone eventually because they cant compete with other casinos.
We need to wait for more few days, if there is no updates/news from the admin or owner then we can say that they are gone.

You can try send a pm to the representative account above. I checked there is someone complaining the same thing on the telegram channel, is that you? Unfortunately I do not see any active admins on the telegram channel who answered the complain. Discord seems to be empty as well as the twitter account. So sending a pm to the rep account here is the other choice you can do although he is not active for around 10 days now.
