So just because someone got banned and it seems unjustified for you then you change the rules and still pay that guy?

When I got banned, I'm did not receive any payment. Is there any special case or rule that crazyearner able to receive payout after got banned

I assume that the payments are manual since marcotheminer has already claimed that the posts are manually checked and so he must pay them manually. I think Macro seems to be selectively enforcing this rule. I think it should be universal though - either don't pay banned members or pay them because it's unfair to others and could be biased in some cases.
I noticed he made this post so maybe he just takes them on a case by case basis:
