I haven't thought about the issue of farmers joining in the campaign much yet. However if I suspect that an account is just an alt and won't be posting well/as normally would be expected, I won't accept it or won't pay their posts.

I try my best to screen participants before, during and after the month to catch those exploiting it.

The guy probably only forgot , Marcotheminer have all the informations in the Google Documents so there should be no mistakes since he accept only Bit x wallets since last month .

It looks like this person did post this address (they posted the ":" directly in front of the address so the search did not pick it up). For reference it was posted in this post.
