This month I will try my best to make things fair and either be tough on everyone or allow all posts (even spam ones) through (which I don't want).

As I have said, there will be users who get past and may get a few more posts counted while others might be caught and their post count reduced. This should serve as a lesson to not spam.

There is one 'dispute' due to one user not being happy with his supposed lower payout and his jealously of another user ("why didn't you do this to that user and only me.." type stuff)

I have never been in nor am I in control of the account 'LOBSTER'.

Single image posts unless somehow relevant and helpful to the discussion are regarded as spam and won't be counted (there weren't any useful ones in this case).

Of course, as can be expected, I have missed some disqualified posts in all members' posting (finftp most likely has many more disqualified as with LOBSTER).

This rule wasn't changed during the term. It just happened that the posts that weren't counted were in that thread mostly.

So to make it clear. You've accepted that some of your posts were not counted and now your goal is to get Lobster kicked out from campaign or get his earning reduced?

Number 1 poster LOBSTER did not the majority but all 466 posts in the first 6 days. Period.

Doesn't matter whether it's a text, single image, gif or whatever. Posts must be constructive. Period.

What is constructive and what isn't is subjective, and in every sig campaign (that pays for post) it's down to campaign manager to decide.

You shouldn't expect the manager to go through every single post of every participant and evaluate on its constructiveness every time someone feels mistreated. That's practically impossible and not gonna happen.

If you don't feel your input is appreciated, switch campaigns. It's that simple.

I personally think that a lot of posts from some of the top 10 posters (don't want to point fingers) are far from being 'constructive', and if those were excluded I would likely made it to the top 10. But I do realise that it's close to impossible to evaluate every post in proper context.

You are wrong here. Marco is essentially acting as an employee in managing and paying out for their signature campaign. Going to bit-x would be very similar to to someone escalating a dispute to someone's boss. If he did escalate to bit-x, got payment from them and them marco were to remove him from the signature campaign he could simply do the same thing again, which would likely result in him being reinstated back in the campaign.

Most of marco's trust feedback is either from trading gift cards in small amounts or because he lent people bitcoin without collateral (this is probably not appropriate for him to receive trust). If you were to exclude these ratings, along with the ratings he received from paying out on the signature deal then he would have a trade with caution warning because he sold his signature twice.

If there are a lot of disputes that escalate to bit-x then the more likely scenario is that marco would be removed from his position of managing the signature campaign

No, they pay Marco because he is trusted and knows how to use his judgment properly. They don't want, nor have the time to deal with payouts and running the campaign, hence the reason for choosing such a qualified, trustworthy individual.
He may make oversights, if so, I'm sure he'd be happy to correct them. But, I highly doubt complaining and nagging and running to the exchange will work out favorably...and if it did, I'd think Marco would more than likely remove such a person from this campaign in future months.

I ultimately will have to I guess. I just give him the chance to correct the issue first

In reference to the single image posts, there is currently nothing in the rules that state that single image posts are not allowed. Therefore there is no reason why single image posts should be excluded (unless they are in a thread that is otherwise excluded).

It is known that marco has a large number of accounts in his control so it is possible that LOBSTER is under marco's own control (meaning he owns it). This would explain his disregard for the rules with this person.

I would personally go to bit-x at this point seeking payment. This is not marco's signature campaign, it is bit-x's and marco is only acting as escrow, bit-x is ultimately responsible if marco does not pay

First of all, I never expect to have all my posts accepted.
There is no rule which says single image posts are not allowed.

Some links you quote contains a single image which I made to point out to other people points in the trend where we currently are.
95% or more of the pictures I post are made by myself.
Some are only ment to be funny (and could be rejected, I kind of understand, but if they are on topic, why?), some are trend forecasts of which I am right once in a while.
It happens a lot in that thread that people give trend forecasts with or without pictures.
Some people even thank me for that.
You cannot call that a low quality post. A correct forecast in a speculation thread is a high quality post, whether it is text or image doesn't matter, the rules don't require text.

This rule was greatly breached by number 1 poster LOBSTER. He posted 466 posts in 6 days  
He started at 28 December 2014 and made NO posts after 04 January 2015

But he still was paid for almost all, and also got the 0,1 btc extra. Please explain.

You can say anything about my posts, and it's all personal judgement (I don't want to go there yet), but you cannot say this fits into the rules. it just cannot.
Therefor I really feel the rules are NOT followed and are different from person to person.
This is unacceptable.

I don't like to talk about other people but I just want to point out the that rules are taken with a grain of salt.

I want to do this according the rules, but the rules are changed during the game and that is unfair to say the least.

The Bit-X platform is an interesting one with a variety of cool features, and I will definitely be keeping tabs on it.

I appreciate the offer, and I will keep the Bit-X sig. up for free until I add another signature. I will probably add a personal signature next, but I will definitely reach out to you & the Bit-X campaign first if I join another organized campaign.
