5 transactions with BTC0.02 withdrawal fee each = BTC0.1 + 2% MasterCard commission + 2.5% Forex Fee...
Even I need to think once again about whether to order or not as fees might not get us what we want, instead going for LocalBitcoins is better, might it not be instant but I won't be bearing such high fees, Bit-X should really consider this as not everyone will be able either to store BTC5 in their accounts (not everyone is rich Tongue

) or to make 5 transactions each month with such high fees...

There is no inactive fee for the debit card if you have an onsite balance of at least 5BTC (or the equivalent in LTC, USD, EUR or GBP) or if you make at least 5 transactions a month.
