UPDATE 16/09/2013

Hashrate protection

These refunds will be given when the tested hashrate of the board is below 64 GH/s:

  • 100€ refund for each board
  • 600€ refund for each 8 boards unit

BTW, who will test the boards for hashrate guarantee?

Is the refund in cash, or store credit? Mind, if you've paid with BitPay, there's already around 10% conversion loss from BTC -> EUR.

Have you bought one?

I kinda had to make an order to get at least some money back from my canceled BitBurner XXs...

That's a common misconception I learned the hard way.

The only exchange 10% above BitPay is MtGox. So if you could get EUR from MtGox in a timely manner, that would indeed make BitPay look bad.

I'm still waiting for my SEPA transfers, 4 weeks after initiating them. The backlog is so huge that MtGox support isn't even trying to give me an ETA on the ticket I opened...

Will BitBurner Fury 320 GH/s – 640 GH/s comes with Raspberry Pi + SD Card loaded with all softwares ready to go? Or do we have to prepare the SD Card ourselves?

Yes, the Raspberry PI will come with a SD card loaded with the sofware. You do not have to prepare the SD Card yourself.

Started off as a cool project, turns out to be a major rip off.

You can keep your project Wink

Very pity about the greedy assholes behind the cryptx name you mean?

Do take note that they gouge money out of us who are in a pinch to get at least something back from the Avalon fiasco, then turn around and use that money to build their own hashing farm to make sure we'll never even break even.

Every vendor seems set to screw everyone as hard as they can.

You should add a clause to hash rate protection about delivery times.

If the product is delayed, you should compensate customers for the decline in hashrate/overall hashrate as a result of the delay.

So if you're late and difficulty doubles, you should refund half the cost of the board.

Is it true that you are dealing with the shipping of the batch 2 boards from burnin?

We are handling the sales and distribution of Bitfury chips (www.asic-chips.com) and Bitburner Fury boards (www.asic-hardware.com).

We are not selling or shipping Bitburner XX boards.
