I guess he just mean that we should not depends on speculation and I think that's not really the case since people joining the contest is not here to look for better suggestion which they can use for their entry. I think implementing a Lightning Network feed for the account would be good for both transaction fees and privacy.

With Bitcoin if you are in for a long run then buying won't be an issue. Same goes with selling since you won't concern yourself with the current price since we are in for a long term. Those who day trade or short term investors are very much concern about the entry and exit points of Bitcoin trade since they don't intend to hold for that long and they wanted to gain profit at the shortest span of time.
