It does not matter if you "mask" your location at the start of your journey or if you do it after you registered.. it is still not allowed. The same reasons for providers restricting their games are applicable to your registration. The Support will quickly pick up if you are suddenly not loging in from the location where you registered and your account will be flagged. (This usually happens when you want to withdraw and they check your verification)

I know this, because I am a contract worker and I work in different countries and it happened to me on several casinos before. (Impossible to change their minds, when you want to explain this) - My country of origin is legit... but my traveling makes my activity suspicious.

I don't advise using VPNs to access games in any gambling site unless the site specifically state that they have no issues in their TOS which is quite rare to be honest.
