Why not? Having a goal to hit 1000x isn't bad when we are already playing on the platform. I think the requirements are previous deposits but you can always try to confirm this on live support to make sure you can still participate. The idea of this promotion is to reward the Bitcasino community while you are really using the platform before the promotion was announced. Maybe they will give you a consideration.
