Dragon Tiger at Evolution doesn't refund 100% of the bet when a tie is drawn. They only refund 50% of the bet like Bombay Live is doing. It's a half-push actually. You can look at that in the rules on the game, it's written :

I play these game on both provider not a long time ago and that 50% refund is the most stressful thing to experience on this game since it's probability to occur is very high because this game is just a high-low game using single card with just a side bet game that makes it unique. Good thing that the game multiplier is too generous that compensate to risk involve for a 50% penalty on tie.
Aren't you confusing it with another company like Ezugi for example?
I've checked the rules used by 2 other live providers for this game, Pragmatic Play and Creed Roomz, and they are also refunding half of the stake when a tie is drawn, then I guess it's a common rule among all providers actually.
