I am quite surprised that bitcasino.io has such poor service to its users. But this can be resolved peacefully and well. If you haven't
received a response from email and chat support, you haven't provided a solution to the problem you are facing. Please try to contact
bitcasino.io representative, I see there are several accounts that use bitcasino.io avatars and signatures on this forum, can try to send
a message to the account. But if you still can't solve your problem, try the last way to contact their social media. Hopefully bitcasino.io
representative reads this topic, so this problem can be resolved quickly.
You are surprised because you haven't read some other post on how this ended well. Look to the quotes and past posts.

They've handled the concern of the complainant properly, just a few back reading guys and you'll see how it ended.

well I think it has become a natural thing when there are users who have that much assets it will definitely make them suspend temporarily because it is suspiciously indicated, so I think you should try to contact the Bitcasino support team and try to find a solution, I'm sure the support team will help you.

this is my first time to see a gambling site that blocks account if they see your account have alot of funds but a gambling site supposed to be happy when they found out that users that play on them have alot of funds because mostly the funds will just come to them and probably loose by a gambler .

Just keep emailing them and provide reliable evidences.
he did but he didnt got a callback for much time  . infos were already provided by him.  he cant just keep sending same mail because that will be considered as spamming and worst he can be blocked and not be payed at all if they got annoyed

That is true. You could check the terms and conditions of the gambling site so you could follow the official instructions regarding this type of situation you are in. That is why it is also crucial to abide the terms and conditions of a gambling site as certain actions will be taken if they noticed something suspicious. Just keep emailing them and provide reliable evidences.

Is there a bitcasino.io representative on the forum?

Account was blocked 2 weeks ago, on email no response last 10 days,
chat support said i have waitinig, i start think its scam.

All proofs and screens can load, its not joke.
I saw a post more early today from this person who represents the bitcasino.io

You can also try to make a copy of your passport, and then a selfie with it, for example. And the quality / resolution of the passport must be good. Just keep emailing, persistence wins. If the documents are clear and you are in a country where online gambling is not a problem, I foresee no problems.

I use only one account and play roulette. Im vip client in casino, because play on big amount, deposit and withdraw. 2 weeks ago account was blocked, asked KYC. I sent passport and bill. They sent me link to video verification, but its not accept my national passport. I maked new driver license, because national passport not accept in service. Link to verification expired, bitcasino not answer from 29 august.

If this scam, i dont understand why, because 1.2kk trx its not all, i deposit bigger amounts and no problem, i dont understand why they not answer me.

Bitcasino good casino, with big limits, but this situation very strange.

I don't know why they are not accepting passport that was mostly use by user in different website that as KYC .maybe ,you just sent it blured that's why they are not accepting it try to upload again with clear images or videos .

If you are VIP members the one you lost is just small amount for them to blocked your account.

Any countries passport is considered a valid ID proof, Where as driving license is not. It is completely strange for them not to accept passport as a valid proof.

I think you should post the emails sent by them in this forum. Memebers here might be able to help you with your issue. Since your account has newbie status you can upload the images of those emails on imgur.com and submit here the links.

Wait for them to respond, they are active in the forum and for matters like this, they'd be happy to help you out.
Just be patient and they'll be addressing your concern once they've read your complain.

The amount is not really that huge for them not to address it only 1200 Tron but it's still worth it to claim if you are a gambler any amount will do, and besides Tron is a good coin I'm sure it will be taken care of I have not seen a lot of complaints on Bitcasino.io and they have an active campaign here.
it is not about the amount mate because either Huge or Small the thing is the response of the support,Just a short explanation is enough for OP to learn whats the problem because as what you said this is just a small amount so there is nothing to be delayed answering.

And also Bitcasino is long running gambling site and i believe that they have an active campaign still that managed by jeremy?correct me if i am wrong.

if they don't give any answer after Pm's then better create Scam accusation.

I got the problem with stake account have been locked or blocked after success deposit more than 3k trx, I have trying to complain with their team technical but not get good way how to solve my problem, they always give reason I have made mistake with multiple account but I only have one account so far, what for I have many accounts if I make deposit and not looking for with free way to get reward.

Also, you can lock this thread to prevent any unwanted replay posts. This can be a piece of good knowledge for you to more careful if you are join in any gambling site. Of course, bitcasino.io will solve their user problems in a good way. How if this case happens in a scam gambling site.

Their website isn't active so i thought it's a lost cause looking at previous situations of different gambling websites running away.

They answered: As a consequence of the detections of these accounts, we would like to inform you that your account and all associated accounts have now been permanently closed.

TRX will be withdraw to my TRX account manually.  I didnt have multiple accounts, but if they withdraw my TRX, problem will solved.

Monday is good but Bitcoin support have already responded and he will look on the details of this issue, so far they've already responded well on every issue, I don't see this to be different on other issues they've encountered, give them some time, two days  is good but if they responded that they want more time give it to them this is to make sure that they want it resolved with the rules properly implemented
They've already responded as per cardsmoney and they'll be returning his balance but his account/s will be permanently banned.

That's your right, as long as that evidence is valid, you can always do that, all I wish is that you'll get your funds and Bitcasino.io would be able to reply with your accusation so everything will be solve for both ends.

Try waiting for a couple of days and if you think they scam you, you can indicate it to your thread how much they scammed you but Bitcasino.io is one of the good casinos right now I think they have an explanation to what happened.
