High Professional Scamming.

Play on Fortunejack there you get no Scam. best Casino i think To gamble Some coins.

Provide the relevant KYC documents as requested. It’s in the T&C’s that they’re entitled to request them which is the industry norm these days.

They’re a huge company who are the sister company of sportsbet.io
They’re not going to scam you over which is for them a pittance.

Follow the procedures requested & you’ll be fine unless you’re multi accounting, trying to double spend or cheating the system in some way.

This is a scam accusation and you are seeking help from the community that's why you posted here.
However, we cannot just rely on your statement, you should be able to show some proof for us to see and evaluate, that's the right procedure.

We like to see some proofs because it's easier for anyone to right anything against a site for whatever agenda it is you have.

Why do not you respond to someone who directly accuses you of fraud?

You waste your time answering here when you still have this without clarifying:

Hi cosimplay22,

Your account was closed as we found you to be in breach of the T&Cs, it’s a right we, and the majority of other casinos reserve.
Our Player Safety and Assurance Team were in touch with you regarding this matter and offered an explanation via email.
According to your statement, you need to shut down your illegal and criminal casino operation instantly, because you breach your own terms and conditions! Cheesy

Specially:

Our security guys have a duty to protecting players and ensuring fraudsters are kept at bay.
We very rarely share case evidence publicly nor discuss our fraud detection techniques used for obvious reasons.
How exactly can a player defraud other players while playing against your casino software? Cheesy

Dumb, dumber, dumbest, Bitcasino scam employees! Wink

However, for reference please see the below T&Cs that our security team found you to be in breach of.
Unfortunately, as it often is in these cases on the forum, there were multiple red flags which led to a security review.

2.1.16. You accept and acknowledge that we reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques,

These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of Players device properties, detection of geo-location and IP masking, transactions and blockchain analysis.

You are aware about the publicly proven Bitcasino scam, but nevertheless promote their other Sportsbet scam site?

Supposedly before you start playing you should see people review about their site, already more than 100 bitcoin they have fraudulent results of people.
There are still many good gambling sites, you can see reviews using google search engine if you know it.
You can contact them about your complaint but I am not sure you will get a good response or you will not get a response.

As you appear to be a gambling expert, one question please:

Is it a scam to false and misleading claim to be authorized and regulated by the Government of Curaçao?

I beg your pardon, but where did OP say anything about a case in Curacao?  Huh
In the headline! Bitcasino.io = mBetSolutions N.V. = incorporated in Curacao = legal action in Willemstad = lawyer required in Willemstad.  Wink

Again, unless you live in Curacao, no one knows what the hell Willemstad is, so you sound even more dumb by asking that.
Yes, I live in Curacao. Is it forbidden?

Why would you assume that OP lives in Willemstad?  Or are you too dumb to realize the chances of him living in Willemstad are slim to none?  Think about that for 60 seconds...
I did not assume that he lives in Willemstad. I asked him if he lives in Willemstad, because he needs to ask lawyers in Willemstad and he said he asked friends and friends often live in the same city.

As much as you wish you were a lawyer, you're way too dumb and non-trustworthy for anyone to take you seriously.
Did you meanwhile find out who I am?

2)  Your anonymity allows you to extort, lie, and scam anyone you feel, as they can't do anything about it.

Speaking of, how's business?  I'm sure you've got tons of sportsbooks/casinos lining up for your "service."  Grin
We already reached our goal and have sufficient info and documents about the Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ, sub-licenses have no legal basis!

You started this thread as OP, and are too dumb to cover your lying tracks  Tongue
If you are so concerned about lying tracks, why not call out the liar Jonathan who scammed Game Protect for 20 BTC?

Bitcasino.io victim scams Game Protect for 20 BTC = $300,000!

I have the intention to go to a lawyer, for the moment I tried to contact a few that could knew what is bitcoin, but I am not fiding as many as I wished.

Is anyone here able to give some contacts?

Thank you
Which lawyers did you contact and why would they need to know what Bitcoin is?

I live in a small city ~80k citizens. I talked with all my friends that are lawyers and I couldn't find anyone that can at least understand what the hell is bitcoin..

I am cheated and I have no way to get my money back
Do you live in Willemstad?

You have a claim against a company, how is this related to Bitcoin?

It appears you are captured in your mindset, like many other victims:

Lose $100s, 1000s or 10000s to criminals = fine. Spend some money to enforce your claim = no, no, no!

The criminals laugh their asses off about victims like you!

While I normally wouldn't bother wasting my time arguing with someone with -16 trust, you blew your cover in this thread.

OP (cosimplay22) = game-protect

- game-protect asks OP if he "lives in Willemstad," which after googling is the capital city of Curaçao
- What are the chances that OP lives in Willemstad???   Huh Huh  Why would you even ask that??  Huh Huh
- And if this was a real case, if he lived in Willemstad couldn't he go to court house on his own??
- game-protect is trying to get people to pay for his non-existent "service"
- game-protect is a shill, and a bad one at that
So far you did not argue with me, but stated only nonsense to mislead players to get defrauded by shady online gambling operators!

cosimplay22 said that he talked with all his friends that are lawyers and as his case is in Curacao I asked him if he lives in
Willemstad, because it makes only sense to speak with lawyers in Curacao if your case is in Curacao. But this is obviously too high for your shill brain to understand! Cheesy

OP hasn't been active in months, and you've since created new shill accounts in an attempt to push your "service."  Roll Eyes

Why would an attorney need to know what Bitcoin is?
Are you seriously asking this?
You really aren't that bright, are ya?
Instead of asking stupid questions, why not simply explain us why a lawyer in Curacao needs to know what Bitcoin is to enforce a claim?

Despite from the point that he simply can put Bitcoin into google. Roll Eyes

Hello,

I deposited 68 usd ~ of bitcoin on bitcasino.io . I bet by mistake on max bet and I won 948.99 mbtc.

I tried to withdraw on 29 of april. They said I can't withdraw due security reasons. On 30 they asked for my id and a bill. I send boths. On 1 of may they asked if I have any other acc or if I use VPN. I told them that due my job I can't use my job laptop and I connected from VM.

On 2 of may they closed my account and I still don't know the reason.

I hope someone will see this topic and maybe some one will help me.

Was this before or after you purchased accounts on bitcointalk  Roll Eyes
https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/cosimplay22-994470

So even though this thread is 120 days old and your credibility is non existent, I'd still like to address your blatantly false claim against Bitcasino.io as this appears in Google search.  Undecided

- You deposited an entire $68 USD, and "mistakenly" turned it into almost a full Bitcoin.  That's quite an accomplishment in itself  Roll Eyes   What was "mistaken" about this in the first place?

- You admitted to illegally using a VPN (regardless of your "job laptop" or not, you violated the TOS of every single Bitcoin casino).  The reason, if not obvious, that VPNs are banned is because they allow players to use multiple accounts which again, is clearly illegal and a violation under every single Bitcoin casino and sportsbook rules.

- Bitcasino.io did not steal your $68, they closed your account(s) for attempting to cheat the system.

- Are we really talking about $68 here?Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh
