The worst Casino and Support ever.
I am having the same issues for a month and the support never answered back to me
1- Website goes down every few minutes so I loose my previous and winnings.
2- The game display is not good, it is all squeezed or I can't play because I dont see the button
3-Today I was able to see my Live Chat on another Casino at the same time

I am not an operator, merely a curious spectator.
1 - Can you explain this a bit more? Are you saying that the website goes down mid gameplay and that it causes you to lose in the process?
2 - I haven't experienced this problem before. Are you sure your resolution settings are ok? Maybe posting your specs to the live chat will lead to them assisting you in fixing this.
3 - Both of these websites operate under the same platform and have the same live agents. I don't think this should be viewed as a negative gripe. I would much rather deal with agents that are experienced with the problems that might arise from playing the same games.

1- I gave all explaination about the lost balance due to disconnection, they admitted the technical issue but .... no actions for a month now
2- I am playing in almost all Bitcoin Casino and I never had any issue with the display of betsoft games

In my own vision, support is been always very fast, comprehensive and reliable! Don't know why you talk of support like that, they are humans after all, they aren't coming from krypto, they cannot shoot fire from eyes or have superstrenght, but their job is very well done.

Actually we have 5 different game views, what should help with screen resolution (while we are all sitting on different devices):
On a game page, on right side there are options to choose what view you prefer better for your own screen resolution.
Please let me know in PM with more details about losing some bets - I'm sure we will arrange this issue quite fast. I didn't hear anything yet about it, but already asked technical team to check.
