Name calling is so cute and 3rd Grade. My children has better logic, than what you posted here.

Let's all go to BitCasino and gamble ALL our money, and when we loose it ALL, we bitch and moan, in the hope of getting it back.

When you not successful, you start bad mouthing the Casino where you lost it.

Refunding ALL money is ridiculous and you know it.

No you the one who is ridiculous. You support this crap? No regulation or anything with these guys. Luckily for me I'm not the one who wager money with these folks. Online Gambling is a disease and I for one I'm glad I'm not a host. What about yourself? Can you say the same thing? If not, you're sick and don't even know it.

Bitcasino Refund the folks money that you are happily to keep. There's another site that says you were reported to the software company and other agencies for possible fraud. I wouldn't keep any money there if I were a gambler... Good day!

Dude, One word ... "Therapy" Go see someone at your school, you need it seriously. I can smell a shill... anybody? {FetishCoin ....really?... And you call me sick}

Let's try to debate a subject like Adults.. I know you grade 2.. but try.. promise me, you will try.

BitCasino - No problem, I like your site, and I enjoy your games and when I do not want to play for money, I can play it for FREE.  Wink

Over 1,300 games in store for you!
Hey guys,

Thanks for support and thanks for questions. My colleagues already answered on LCB forum - yes, we had few issues with some games and we already switched them off due to investigation together with our game providers.

Comments from my own side: we are not making games with our own hands, we simple make agreements with 3rd party game providers and integrate their games into our platform. At the moment we have 7 game providers and from one of them we got these games - part of their games are fine, so we didn't recognise any issues there. Just in the same time when we got first comments from players, we switched these games off, so our players can't play there till we arrange all questions with provider. I will update you with more information after we find best solution for our players.

They admitted to using a 3rd party service provider for some of these games. {You did not expect them to build all games provided on the site, did you?} It turned out, that the 3rd party service provider, had issues with copyright for some of the games, that was provided to BitCasino.

Not ALL the games hosted on their site, come from that service provider.

They immediately investigated it and then removed it from the site.

They then rewarded the people, who brought it to their attention. Chocolateman - One of the users on that site, felt left out, because he/she did not receive the reward and now he/she is still bashing the site. {Asking back ALL his money, he presumably lost on the pirated games}

Even though some of the games was pirated, it still functioned as normal games. {It's like saying... Listen, I bought this pirated movie on the street, and I did not know it was pirated, NOW I want my money back, because it was flawed}

That is BS in the highest degree... What is worst, is he/she is playing, the "victim" card, and making others, who received the reward, feel guilty about getting it.

Come on... What more do they want them to do? {If they pay the reward, he will bash them for paying it, because according to him, it's a admission of guilt and they perceive it as a bribe} It's already public, why do they want to bribe them?

From my point of view, it's sour grapes and people want to look for a loophole to get refunds on ALL money they gambled and lost.

It's so obvious, but it's just my opinion.

I play at the site, and enjoy the games and the support.

How would you attend to this matter, if you were them?

You sound like a damn idiot... If someone bought a product that wasn't what they paid for. They should be entitled to a complete refund. Imagine going into a Car dealership and buying a BMW and later you find out it has a Ford Taurus motor in it. Everyone who lost money on these false games should be refunded.

For people complaining here I find it very hard for them to not do their job I have had countless problems in game on poker and many other games and spoke to support right away they actually refunded my plays and also reported the problem. Theirs a number of games I have reported with problems and sent screen shots in and a few weeks after resolved the problem that was their. For anyone to say their support is horrid I find that to be very misleading. Given the time of year too their fast at support and I would at least give them a month or so for bigger problems or simple solution is to stop playing until things are resolved.

I would love to goto their tables and actually meet up with them.  Maybe an idea for the future to many have some trips around the world for VIP and to have a live casino catch up with the team and get to know the staff some more in person.

Bitcasino.io has been busted for running stolen pirated games from other major software provider. An investigation maybe in the works. Those who lost money on these games. Should ask for a refund or withdrawal their funds for the time being... Read more here
