I've had a lot of problems with this casino. Often times bets are lost and support tries to claim that I lost internet connection. It's simply not true. Also, withdrawals aren't instant! .. i can only hope that they actually decide to payout.

PrinzValium, thank you for detailed suggestion, always happy to discuss ideas what players are offering. I think we should try bonuses with smaller wagering requirements and see it's potential in the end. I will forward this idea to our marketing department. But at the moment we are mostly thinking about more special promotions (not bonuses) and already for past 3 months working on two different systems for the new website what will be launched soon. I tried out this casino tonight. Wasn't having much luck and then finally starting going in a postive direction and the game I am playing stops working. Other games work fine but the game I want to play just decided not to function for a bit. It broke me.
Also, the support couldn't just give me the first deposit bonus. I'm not sure why.

Your offer is great, of course I can say that :-)) But i think -just my opinion-that there are many people scared about high wagering requirements. Of course its a business, so you probably will not throw away your money - but maybe you can find some other options too.
For example like a small Bonus (20-25% up to a small amount like 0.1 btc = play with 0.125 btc) and only little wagering like 5-7x bonus? Idk if thats possible - but, at least you will be the first btc casino offering such a bonus.
I really think that most people made bad experiences with bonuses and the following wagering rules (at all online casinos in general)
But at all, it's not critical or so - your casino in general is absolutely trustable, payments go fast - thats great.
Just in this case (wagering requirements) I think all casinos should think about what's possible and try some new ways to get new clients - which other casino's don't do.
