I already asked you to send me some more information about these glitches, but in the end I went to our support department and make my own investigation. What I understood from it, you have few situations in live casino where bets didn't go through and money stacked in the system. From what I also understand, you asked our live chat to arrange this problem and our girls credited your account with lost money on the same minute/hour/day.
Just for you to understand this process: - live casino is our 3rd party provider (same as on few others bitcoin casinos)
- so we can't fix bug, we can just report about it to our partner who is working on it
- live casino managers investigating problem and fixing it, but it takes time
- we can't ask our players wait, so we are crediting their accounts with lost amounts without waiting for 3rd party
- if live casinos finds the problem and confirms it, they are sending us money back (what we already sent to you)
Regarding other part of your message - problem is that you are not getting enough free money from us or what is the question? As I can see from your account, we were always opened with you and give quite a lot of no deposit bonuses over some time. But it doesn't mean that you can come to the chat and claim for more money without reason. After agent didn't give you money yesterday, you came here and post this mad message... Few months ago we even didn't have bonuses on deposits, because we just opened our casino. There were players who told that we are too bad to even offer bonuses on deposits.
