Phewh! The account rec is done
http://bit.ly/sgUtZoThat took WAY longer than I cared it to. Some issues btw:
* stick_theman is on there twice
* RaggedMonk's donation never cleared. I suspect it was sent to archive.org directly
* There are some donations I can't link to anyone, down below in Unknown part. I suspect some of those are Bruno's.
* gsan's donation of 10BTC, should I keep track of it separately, and only have him donate 1BTC per charity?
Feel free to check the transactions to see if they are correctly matched up to your addresses. If you wish that info removed, let me know as well.
As I've previously mention, nice job. Here's my donation list:
1. Phinnaeus Gage (Bruno) (100+) (Honored 1 BTC + Matched 13 BTC + Proxied 2 BTC + 9.8989898 BTC)In regards to gsan's donation, we'll leave it as it stands unless he instructs up otherwise. I remember penning a post stating that he only needed to honor one at a time.
Prior, I also mentioned a concern of the numbering of the names. That is no longer the case, seeing that this is just a spreadsheet tracking activity, with the numbers on the left simply the number of the line.
I like the tracking system. Thanks Rassah - that looks like a lot of hard work. It instills confidence in the project. Those vacillating over a possible donation can now easily accept the project as tangible/genuine.
There's goes my final hope of using the funds to purchase old musty smelling reclaimed barn wood. Thanks, CornBeefHash!
The more nonprofits I learn about that accept Bitcoin as a donation option, the better. It'll make that list that much more impressive.
For everyone's reference, and to make sure everything is well tracked and public
http://bit.ly/sgUtZo(still working on this)
Nice! Sorry for making a mess of my donations, but good tracking there on your part
Yea! That was when you tricked me into donating .14159265 BTC. You're a dog!
Thats awesome news. And a very entriquing project that I have just now heard of. ;p Saved it for a later read. Are they making efforts to have it be more secure from the kernel up?
On Topic; Should the ideas of sending a few of these recent acceptors 'gift baskets' be handled through the Bitcoin100 or would they be too off course for what we aim to accomplish here?
I guess having it as a separate project is fine. I'm viewing it as a gift from this community for doing what they done. It may need a few more BTC, though, to help pay for the coffee from bitbrew.
* RaggedMonk's donation never cleared. I suspect it was sent to archive.org directly
Yes, I sent directly to Archive.org's address.
I'll fund the btc100 account when it has concrete plans to donate. So far I've only seen a lot of talk and no action. Disappointed there wasn't a donation to Archive.
Sorry to hear about your disappointment, RaggedMonk, for the current wallet not being transferred to archive.org. That action in still in play, though. I'm pretty sure that archive.org enjoyed receiving some of those BTC due to some efforts put forth by
Bitcoin100.
