Everything will be recorded within TranquiliveSERVE which is built with Hyperledger Fabric.

After 7 years, audit files are deleted forever. This is done in order to make room for future audits. We suggest that hotel owners make a copy of any important audit files they may want to keep longer than 7 years.

Yes, the ITHA event is extremely similar to an ITO. The ITHA is a private sale that is open to candidates we have screened. As mentioned in the original post, the minimum investment is 5,000 TRANQ while the maximum investment is 25,000 TRANQ.

We have assigned a limited amount of TRANQ to bounty hunters which we're keeping a log of. We don't recommend selling the TRANQ you earned from bounties on Uniswap or anywhere else. We will discuss the listing of TRANQ on exchanges at a later date.

Thank you for sharing this article, I like your ideas. 500 hotels for 3 months, in my opinion this is very extraordinary ... if it can run for 1 year, more likely you can attract up to 2000 hotels
While 3 months would be impressive, it took closer to a year to reach out to these hotels to test out TranquilityNET. We're hoping to be fully integrated in over 2000 hotels before the end of 2021.

1. Yes. TRANQ is used for securing the night audit process.

A separate payment or reward token isn't in our plans but TranquilityNET will allow hotel owners to create a reward system similar to Hilton Honors from Hilton or Choice Rewards from Choice Hotels. The "points" that people can earn for their completed reservations aren't a form of cryptocurrency.

In October, when the ITHA officially ends, we will take the appropriate steps that are outlined in our original post.
We will allocate 75% of the ETH raised to Development & Equipment, 15% of the ETH raised to Marketing & Outreach and 10% of the ETH raised to Server Maintenance.
In December, if there are remaining unsold TRANQ tokens from the 30,000,000 that were available during the ITHA, all unsold tokens will be disbursed to the FTHA which is also mentioned in our original post.

There is a lot of information in the ANN. So, basically, Tranquillity is a hotel management platform and now launching their token as TRANQ. I feel the project is unique and exceptional from others.
