these things are usually so small and are only limited to some car dealerships not the big companies and not on bigger scale that can matter. and most of them are doing it as a way of promoting their business and make more money by attracting more people to their business. which is why usually these things don't have that much of effect on bitcoin or its adoption.

Just so that people have an idea about this massive adoption, the news mentioned 20 dealerships that are accepting
BTC in the US. Impressive, if you don't count the fact that there are (according to NADA) 16 000 franchised and 20 000 independent dealerships in the US.
That means less than 0.05% of the dealerships are accepting cryptos.
And probably 1% of the cars they sell are for cryptos.
The bright side....we have a lot of growth to look for
