yes it is a fact. bitcoin can affect the life a lot. it can make person so rich about which he cannot think. I personally saw so many people whose life are really affected bt bitcoin.
The Bitcoin is somewhat affecting my life but it does not effect my life that much. I like it that I can make some extra money with it so it makes me allot happier in life.
Many people still don't know what bitcoins is and don't care, but for people who use bitcoins it's really matter, somebody make this as main income for them.

Bitcoins affects life alot if and only if you are one of the users / adopter / bitcoin-addict / enthusiast. From your statement, it changes your life 180 degree from carefree to more serious person. I don't see it's a negative effect since you are on your pc learning programming curves which indeed beneficial to your career/life rather than jumping around doing non-beneficial things with your peers. If you missed those stuff, you can try to balance things out. That way you will have a healthy communication with your friends and the same time improving your tech skills with crypto currency. As of me, it does affect my life the same way it did to you cept that it made me hooked into trading and reading forums about bitcoin. Luckily i did balance my time with my family, peers and interests.

i dont think bitcoin affect life a lot because people will always use gold instead of bitcoins because the money will always stay with a true value cant drop verry low because it is stable and more people got money than bitcoins.
