One unique feature of Bitcoin is that it always put social media acclaimed "experts" to shame. Sometimes these social media bitcoiners claim mastery over bitcoin. They indiscriminately predict its price as if they invented the coin with Satoshi. Even Satoshi now might not understand the price movement of Bitcoin because the creation is now economically powerful.
Through trial and error, some of them might have been predicted correctly in the past. And they have large followers that believe their analysis and follower their predictions. One social media so-called expert recently shut down his social media platform because he predicted that bitcoin would keep falling until it goes into extinction. It was his followers that attacked him until he forcefully closed his page.
Happy bull run.
Really, I don't see anything bad with trying to predict the cryptocurrency market which is the duty of a trader to analyze the market and look for chances and opportunity of when they can enter a trader to make profit. We can not be always accurate about the market that is why we need to keep upgrading our skill to make sure that we keep adjusting in anyway that could pose a thread to us as a trader.
For those influencer that are very confidence about there analysis, I don't see anything wrong with that even though they do that with ego, that's is there business because people especially the newbies are always looking for where to get information about the market mostly the ones that would yield result.
I agree with you, we all know bitcoin is a highly volatile asset, so there is no shame in making false predictions. Those who should be ashamed are those who are lazy to study, research and invest only in the advice of others.
I really don't care, they're experts, celebrities...I only know when investing in bitcoin, they are an investor like us, what they see in the market, we also see, but because each person has a different mindset, there will be other predictions.
Once you've invested, do your own research, and don't trust anyone in this market, the market is a battleground, we want money, they also want money, and no one has enough kindness to help each other.
