If you have bought it during its peak, I'm sure that you have seen 60% losses by now. Heck they might be out of the ecosystem and totally sold everything because of the huge losses they got.

2018 is not a good year to start, most people even says that its similar to previous years specially after the Mt. Gox heist that put the market into a bear sentiments for more than a year.

However, we should not be frustrated, we should stick with this market through its worst and best days. And I'm sure that we can all bounce back, and together we will see the fruit of our being resilient and staying power in bitcoin and crypto in general.

It didn’t affect other currencies lol. Maybe this the right price of Bitcoin, cause many believed that the price was pumped (manipulated) by a group of whales, that’s why it reached that value.

And by the way I was seeing most of the people in this forum last year saying that the price of Bitcoin was too high and that it needs correction, so why are you all now complaining. One thing for sure is that the price will still go up, so why not have patience?

Yeah it is right that the price of bitcoin is not stable and there is huge volatility in the price. this is the big reason for drop in the price because many people do not trust bitcoin anymore and they say that it is just a waste of time and money. In my own opinion, bitcoin for 2018 is a really good time because the price of bitcoins starts above $5k dollars so we can expect for the market price to grow even more before the end of the year.

I think this is normal every year we experience many things in bitcoin it will go down and up but still people using it even they know it's risky. There's no permanent so even bitcoin is changing too but don't lose hope because all things will back on track again.

What if the reason of these countries that attacking bitcoin just to bring the price as lower as they can is just to buy it more and more as much as they can buy in the market from the weak holders and they don't care whether or not it will succeed. That even bitcoin will falling and it will not recover because they have a second plan to promote another crypto that will control the market. Till today this year is not good for bitcoin and lost most of its investors due to big dip in the price. From $20000 the price fell down to $6000 and is still around it while half of year has gone. It means that 2018 is the worst year for bitcoin. Now many people think that the price will rise again in the second half but I think there will be no big pump in the price.
