You are right. Each altcoin will be controlled by it's developer's and founders. But Bitcoin Controlled Whole crypto market. It means Whole cryptocurrency market depend on bitcoin. If Bitcoin price increase then Other cryptocurrency price will increase, if BTC price derease then other cryptocurrency price will decrease.

Bitcoin still rules the market and altcoins highly depend on it. I don't think that this situation is going to change in the nearest future. There's no alternative to BTC with the same resources, market size, audience. So there's no doubt that BTC will remain the leader and the ruler of the crypto market in perspective. I'm not sure that there won't be any rival to BTC in the future. Why not, everything might happen. But by now and for the next one-two years it's going to be number one and to define the whole market climate.
It's plain to see that bitcoin is controlling the market. Altcoins just follow like kids who relies on their mom. This cycle will just continue to happen unless adoption starts to roll on huge markets like in Amazon or Ebay. It would be an opportunity for ETH or EOS to be ahead of the competition.
Its hard to take bitcoin place in next 3 or 5 years. Bitcoin hold more than 45% transaction in cryptocurrency market and have biggest market cap value. I am believe others coin can take bitcoin domination, like ethereum or NEO but its will need more time to take bitcoin place as leader on market cap

For my opinion in who will take control of the market, non of it will take control because it always up to us users that taking control of the market, even if bitcoin was on top in the list it doesn't mean that it will take control nor altcoins, it always depends on the marketing of its users. I cannot see any compition of bitcoin with any other crypto currency, i think that bitcoin is the best crypto currency and therefore it is going to hold the market and the interest of the people for long time. Bitcoin is in fact the first crypto currency of the world and therefore people are taking more interest in bitcoin as compare to any other crypto currency.

Guys, today BTC Dominance: 46.3%. This is almost the same value that was in the winter at a BTC price 20K. Think about whether we are going down now...And then - we can see alts grow 
From my own point of view, this may be the result of a growing number of on-going projects that require some capital and for the collection of working capital it can be through a new coin sale program to attract investors, to invest in the projects they will be working on. So they can run the project so that in the future they can make a profit, by raising money by selling the new coin may be very forgiving because it can push the price of the coin to be stable and investors feel confident that they will benefit if their project runs from the difference the coin price when their project is running. A coin that will challenge bitcoin will av to be created without exchanging it to bitcoin
Bitcoin must be the most. How can altcoin be able to overcome it?
Actually that was an interesting question,, I also think Bitcoin will but how? Bitcoin was first developed and it is the reason Altcoin was also made, lots alternative coins are developed but I don't recognize any that has potential to defeat bitcoin. I have few campaigns that joined and I'm still supporting them, because I believe there will be someone that can develop like bitcoins potentiality.
