The stronger rise of Altcoin recently doesn't show that it will continues to more strongly rise in the future. In no way will Altcoin take control of the coin market, because the dependence of Altcoin on Bitcoin is still heavy. Also, trading with Altcoin requires much more care than Bitcoin.
Altcoin there are some who have good potential in the future, of course, this also proves that the more dare investors put their money on altcoin.
However, in my opinion, Bitcoin and Ethereum no longer need to doubt the quality and potential of the coin.
I think Bitcoin and Ethereum already have a lot of enthusiasts and many investors.
So Bitcoin will be the coin in the greatest Cryptocurrency market.

In general, you have to exchange Bitcoin or Ethereum for Altcoin. So it's easy to tell how big the impact of Bitcoin is. The better performance of Altcoin is just temporary and won't be supposed to last.
I still believe in Bitcoin's dominance. It's the first cryptocurrency and now its price is far higher than Altcoins.
In my opinion bitcoin will take control over the market.and i m hundred percent sure about it.
Bitcoin is very strong in the market and has full control in the market. When the bitcoin price falls then the altcoin value decreases so bitcoin will remain at the top and become the king of altcoin and may dominate once the blockchain technology becomes mature and up to date.

This is an interesting opinion that I doubt many people on this forum share. Altcoins generally are just a bigger market, but for most part, bitcoin is the bridge between them. Generally, if you want to buy altcoins, you have to buy bitcoin and then use that bitcoin to purchase the alts. It's hard to find places to buy altcoins directly. I believe this is what makes Bitcoin and Ethereum in particular so large in terms of all of the other altcoins. As long as the system of having to purchase altcoins using bitcoin/eth exists, it is very unlikely that the altcoins will surpass bitcoin, as there will be people putting as much money into BTC as they do alts.
the coin which has a higher value either bitcoin or alt coins and maintain that for period of time will control the market. you know some people always looking for a high value currency.
I think the coin that dominan in the market is the one who takes control. And I see bitcoin, in this period there is little jump in the price of bitcoin, and however, most of cryptocurrencies has jumped by an acceptable rate, so all of this change in the market is due to the development of Bitcoin. Plus, that's why the goverment are always attacking Bitcoin in different ways because they know that if Bitcoin destroy , then all of cyrptocurrencies will disappear.
bitcoin and altcoin are two currencies that have advantages and high values. So even though bitcoin or altcoin owns the market, I still support it, but in my opinion bitcoin in the future will dominate the market for a higher proportion.

well i think bitcoin is a digital money and an electronic currency too . If we try to analyse both Bitcoin and altcoin ,Bitcoin is strong in the market and it have full control in the market. When Bitcoin price falls down altcoin value also depriciates so according to my point of view Bitcoin will remain at the top and be the king of the crypto world and Without bitcoin there's no Altcoins because you can't buy altcoin without using bitcoin in most cases so I will say bitcoin will always lead in the market
Bitcoin mostly controlled the cryptocurrency market because every time its price go up or down, the altcoins reacts. If bitcoin price go on correction or suffer a crash, the entire market becomes red. Bitcoin can easily influence the price movements of almost all altcoins and only few can manage to go up independently. The top cryptocurrency continues to maintain its largest market capitalization.
Bitcoin or maybe Ether but not altcoin. I think that btc has all chances to become the main currency. According to the forecast, it will have high price very soon, at the end of 2018, it is expected that the price will increase. We will see if this is true

Market is controlling Bitcoin price and bitcoin has to control the traders and the demand and supply also, Bitcoin price if go to the moon than it will affected the other coins price and if bitcoin price goes down than almost all altcoins are effecting badly and their prices is going to the dark, In this way you can watch and observe the Bitcoin price is affecting to the altcoin price,
I think btcoin that controls the market. Because we can see now when bitcoin price down altcoin come down too. and when bitcoin rises altcoin slowly go up. And also altcoin can not stand without bitcoin but bitcoin can stand up without altcoin.
For me, altcoin have more potential than bitcoin so it could be altcoin who can control the market.
Just by looking in the market bitcoin is still dominant in volume, but we dont know the future it could be altcoin can have more volume than bitcoin
