Yeah its possible but various transactions need to be done to hide complete identity. I don't think identity matters in camsite as most will at the two ends of the world.

Not anonymous but more private, it won't be mentioned in your bank statement or be seen by your friends clearly, You can't completely link an address to a porn site if they generate new address for each order etc...
