I think they accept bitcoin payments because they know with certainty that bitcoin can be used to save money without a large enough chunk and bitcoin one currency that could be used in various countries, probably due to the consideration that porn sites willing to accept payment using bitcoin. Or maybe the porn sites are also of the opinion that the prices they receive from the porn site's results could change along with the price of the bitcoin.

Yes there are also free vpn's there that gives free 30 days trial or a week. You can try it first so that you wont have to regret if you bought one and found out that your country is not included again.
