There is a possibility, but other crypto-currencies appeared with the same possibility as bitcoin. It all depends on what the users will choose.

Yeah for sure, bitcoin will change the classical economy for our fiat system because bitcoin will provide a lot of changes in our financial system like faster transactions, much cheaper transactions fees and also a convenient currency that you can bring anywhere without worrying about getting a fat wallet when you have a lot of money to bring.

Bitcoin has been increasing in price since the beginning and there have never been dolls moment since inception. Because bitcoin is decentralised people tend to like bitcoin than fiat money and because is Internet based money no single country, person and organisation can control bitcoin. Bitcoin will definitely going to be a futures world most use currency.

I do not think that Bitcoin will be the future currency, Bitcoin might be the one that opened the age for decentralized digital currency but I am sure Bitcoin will always be an alternative if it stays as is and had not been replaced by more advance cryptocurrency. The government won't accept it but rather create their own currency.

If seen from its development until now it is so, most countries that receive their bitcoin always create their own digital currency, so bitcoin always in the benchmark of its exchange value.

yes that is right, for some people bitcoin is already a currency, but as the users of bitcoin are very few therefore we are expecting that bitcoin will become more and more popular in future and the users of bitcoin will increase, i am hopeful that in future all the people of the world will be using bitcoin for most of their activities not only for online purpose, but even in offline shops the facilities of bitcoin to be use as currency will also be available in all physical shops.

As it seems yes, but we are still far away until this comes true. It's not easy to ''make'' all people to use bitcoins. And it will be very difficult to make it a legal currency everywhere in this planet.

I disagree, Bitcoin will get more popular and greater in the near future as it is getting more and more support from the public. I doubt that there will be another cryptocurrency that could be better than bitcoin. It has already got a lot of popularity and attention from the people so it's hard to say that they will switch to another crypto. Its value is also increasing as more and more people are starting to use it so there will be a pretty big chance that it will stand strong.

I think that bitcoin has a chance for being the future currency of the world because of the price movement and it is more like to go up even farther and if the price reach at least 5,000 then countries will try to use it and bitcoin will become the future currency of the world.

I cannot really say that Bitcoins has a potential to be the currency of the future UNLESS there has to be some regulation that squarely deals with it. A currency requires so much than that of Bitcoins. The following examples are illustrative:

(1) Currencies have to be dealt with by each and every State's government to protect its people;
(2) Its value is not backed up by any tangible asset;
(3) It cannot be easily bought; and,
(4) It is not subject to inflation nor deflation but based on supply and demand.

The above enumeration shares a different view so as to carefully delineate the possibility or impossibility of Bitcoin to be the currency of the future.

It's too early to tell. There are reasons why Bitcoin is considered a risky investment, and one reason is that the currency is still in its early stages, and much needs to be resolved for the future of the currency to be guaranteed, such as problems related to scalability.
