I would not disagree to the statement but the coins right now, specifically Lamden, Cardano and Power House are worthy of being categorized as heart of coins too, due to their excellent performance. You can say bitcoin is the heart of all coins due to its previous record in the crypto market but I honestly believe, that there are other coins in the market, like PRG, ICX and LISK that have an excellent performance and can be the heart too.
