This is one of the big indications that Bitcoin gets more main stream. The ATM gets placed because someone asked for it. This is what matters, that there is demand for Bitcoin and for crypto in general. If people ask for this, then I am sure the rest will come. Crypto adoption will come.

-30 more ATMs to be installed in Chicago
-Coinstar is now selling BTC in grocery stores all over the US
-More than 4000 ATMs in the world, many more to come in Germany

We're getting there.

Wow this is great news. Never wondered that a company would really sell bitcoin in a grocery store. So is it used for purchasing goods in the grocery store too?

Even though in our country the government has not legalized Bitcoin but there are about 3 places available for Bitcoin ATM machines. The location is in Bali Indonesia. But the ATM machine only provides Purchase only.
Do you mean you can only Buy Bitcoins and you cannot make any deposits? I guess thats the usual function of ATM's, to dispense Money or in this case Bitcoins. If you plan to make a deposit to your BTC wallet then use a computer to make a more secure transaction. Furthermore, how are they able to set up a Bitcoin ATM if the government did not legalize use of Bitcoins in your country? How did they apply for business permits to install that ATM in Bali?

Its not legal but you still have atm's on your country ? That's strange  .  any way ,  bitcoin atm's are for cash out's only  .

This is a good news though because we can see that bitcoin is now growing but im kinda bit jealous right now .  bitcoin is not illegal on our country and many citezens here are now aware about cryptos but unfortunately i cant see any bitcoin atm's existed yet .

Some businesses in the Las Vegas area have Bitcoin ATM (automated teller machine) for their customers to use:

Yes, it's a great thing and it is a great example of revolution. Now people get more digital and become aware to this thing. It's a great achievement that the bitcoin ATM's has getting increasing as per the days passes.
A lot of ATM’s are already deploy on different countries and its good to see that thing. We are slowly adopting the technology and if we saw a lot of this for sure its easy now to withdraw and buy bitcoin at anytime we want to. This is a great proof that bitcoin is legit and other cryptocurrency, this can be lessen the doubt of people to invest.

It's always good to see new places where you can buy Bitcoins. I hope some of the people's who got some wins, in Las Vegas use some of there earnings to buy some bitcoins in the local Bitcoin ATM.
Anyone with such an ATM will be able to feel comfortable being in Las Vegas. For comfort, you just need to have a good amount of bitcoins and know your private key.Anyone who has ever played in an expensive casino will fully understand what a cool service this is.

The buy and sell offers have too much of a price difference, which leads to thinking that the exchange rate there is unfair and thus the rewards of the ATM company of whoever gets them in this case are too big. The video is nice, though, I always wanted to see how it works. It is nice that it's possible to get fiat cash there so easily. I wonder how it complies with the AML policies, and how can countries be so bitchy about crypto exchanges and actually allow machines that help you to sell btc and get cash with no identification (well, apart from the camera seeing your face, which is what every ATM has).

This suggests that the adoption and widespread use of cryptocurrency is not far off. What is interesting is how they actually work?If I suppose I wanted to transfer my bitcoins through this ATM, would I need to enter my private key?If so, where is the guarantee that my key will not be stolen? In the case of Las Vegas, this is a very cool decision. Having won a large amount in a casino, there is no need to take your winnings out of the casino in dollars.

Maybe it can be used as a promotion category to attract many people to be interested in using bitcoin.

A person's prejudice towards bitcoin is a scam, unreal, and even many who think that bitcoin is an illusion.

So with a bitcoin ATM at least it will dismiss someone's prejudice against bitcoin, that's the first stage. Then the second stage they began to be curious about bitcoin and find out about bitcoin, then the third stage he will use bitcoin.

Seeing ATMs popping up is one thing, getting people to actually use it is another. Usually, these ATMs put up an exorbitant transaction fee for anyone who use their machines, and for most people this might sound like a go-to when they need cash or bitcoins, but once they found out that it charges crazy high fees, they might just ignore it. Anyway, bitcoin ATMs are becoming normal now, and the way I see it, these ATMs will be a crucial part of getting the word out and perhaps adoption, too.

I think I would agree with you on this. Bitcoin ATM to me is not in any way appealing because of the cost that would be attached to doing a transaction whether its to buying or selling where there are several alternatives that have been made available by the peer to peer sites where you could actually trade with human beings and you could actually forge a real relationship. Another concern is the fact that its going to be a centralized form of exchange which personally is giving powers to some set of individuals to decide the situation of things.

This one is not surprising to me since I already read some articles testifying with this similar report. But the thing is what is the point of popping up of this machine for bitcoin is the charge fee for transaction is high. This would just inform the world about the realness of bitcoin but to those who knew about this will simply ignore it because of the high fee.

It's easy to just sign up for an exchange and buy crypto that way, Then you won't be charged ridiculous fees like these ATMs.  But I guess if this helps more people to get into crypto I guess I'm in favor of it.  I still haven't used one of these myself and most likely never will unless its an emergency.

It's just a cool and quick way of introducing people to the idea of using Bitcoin for their transactions.

Opening Bitcoin ATM machines can be described as One of the great way to spread the word about bitcoin's existence because with that more Citizens in a country will get to know about it and many will try to use it and that will definitely will increase its demand and cash flow into the BTC market which will help to increase its value and more people will benefit by using it

There are many ATM machine planted in various cities right now, this means the rate of mass adoption is growing at a steady and healthly manner which also implies that blockchain technology will be use on the mainstream. Through this atm machine bitcoin futures looks very bright despite what we are all experiencing in this bearish market  that is plaqueing the crypto industry. I strongly Believed that as the planting of atm machine continue the crypto market will gain stability soon.

There are many ATM machines and cash kiosks around the world and you can find over 2500 bitcoin ATM in US alone and it is a good initiative but the main problem is the transaction and other charges if you are using them is really high, if that is sorted out then it is a great idea to use those facilities, if i have a better opportunity to purchase or sell bitcoin without those charges i will readily look for those sources rather than spending higher fees through these ATM facilities, i hope in the future these prices will be dropped as more users start using it.

Some people get arrested after installing an ATM. I remember it was the case in ASIA.  Grin
This happened in Banglore, India and the ATM was installed by Unocoin exchange and they got arrested. Not sure what is the situation is right now.
