Here is ATL each year from 2012-2020

Year   Price
2012    $4.00
2013    $65.00
2014    $200.00
2015    $185.00
2016    $365.00
2017    $780.00
2018    $3,200.00
2019    $3,400.00
2020    $3,780.00
2021   Huh

I have two predictions...

2021    $7,786.00        <----- average of ATL  since 2014

2021    $14,477.40      <----- average of ATL since 2012

You stole that prediction out of my brain! How did you do that?

Well simple formula

sum of (average of ATL change from 2012-2020)   x  ATL of 2020    = $14,477.40

sum of (average of ATL change from 2014-2020)   x  ATL of 2020    = $7,786.00

Why two? well $4 to $65 is a hell of a jump 1625%

What threshold will bitcoin go down this year?
Well, a lot of people bought it at a price much higher than it even doubled like this, and they didn't even think it would be about $20,000.

I believe that if bitcoin continues to surge in the near term, we will only have memories of the days when bitcoin was bought at $10,000.

The only way for us to see 10k BTC ever again is imho some major fuck up or some widespread ban on everything BTC related.

The big names will certainly buy more of the cheap BTC when that happens, It won't take long before they realize BTC couldn't be stopped. the ban will just be temporary and the price will still not drop to $10K. Many investors will still be happy if it will really dip this low, we shall see how much BTC will Microstrategy buy if it goes that low.

Let me check my crystal ball :p

Joke aside, I don't really think that we will see bitcoin again at $10,000 any time soon, or ever for that matter. To go down from these levels (~60,000) to $10,000 it would mean more than 80 correction, so something like we saw back in the early 2018. Situation is different now, big names are now buying BTC so I don't expect panic selling like before even when it goes down. Another reason why I don't see 10,000 happening is because 60,000 is definitely not the top of the bull cycle. So more we go up, less chances to see BTC at $10,000. I personally don' think that BTC goes below 20k.
